Steps to a private dock for crabbing, fishing or your water toys. Tranquility abounds but close to AC, Brigantine, Historic Port Republic & Smithville Village! This is a fisherman’s wharf clean and comfortable. Not fancy.

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

This is a mother/daughter style farm ranch where the entrance to the property is a long windy road to a huge open parking area. On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich.
