Vacation rentals with a home theater in University City, Philadelphia

Beautiful house - Bright, clean and spacious. Great location - right at the heart of Old city, lots of restaurants & very walkable. It can get a little noisy though as it is in a busy area.

We had an awesome stay in this beautiful apartment—my toddler especially loved having access to the small outdoor terrace. My husband enjoyed quality time playing chess with his dad and foosball with our son all included in the apartment, while I especially appreciated the super comfortable beds and bedding—we all slept so well. The apartment was clean, cozy, quiet, safe, and in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and sightseeing. Just a heads-up for future guests: be sure to read the house manual for instructions on getting hot water in the downstairs bathroom, and watch your step on the stairs as they can be a bit slippery (I fell!). The space had most essentials, but we ended up having to buy like additional coffee filters, trash bags and napkins, also I needed lotion and conditioner, which were not included—overall, a fantastic experience!

Amazing stay. I've stayed in many vacation rentals and this was honestly top 3. Plenty of room for all the guests. Never had to contact the host because everything was great. Of the 3 days we were there, there was always parking close to the home. Only one did we have to park around the corner but the home is close to the end of the block. I'll definitely return when my plans bring me back to Philly. 10/10

Rafi's place a perfect getaway for my family and me. The place was fantastic for both toddlers and dogs. There's lots of amenities around the house (each room has its own TV). The basement movie theater and pool table were a huge hit. The 3rd floor terrace and the outdoor fenced area was also a nice bonus. The place is well designed, so you can just come in and feel right at home. Parking is be tricky, but that's to be expected in Philly. The area is conveniently located to lots of landmarks. Food options were a bit limited if you are walking, but if you're driving/delivery opens you up to much more options. The only thing that would have made it better was if there was a microwave. Not a dealbreaker, we just reheated leftovers over the stove. Overall would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The arcade game was the best thing there for me. Bought back memories of how much I used to play it. The only thing that is needed is curtains for more privacy, also to look at the projection screen in the day time. The host was responsive with communication that's a plus to me. I would recommend this place and will stay again.

Good host and beautiful home

Wow! Where do I begin...From the start Fransheska and Jess were very friendly and helpful. All instructions were very clear. Check-in was a breeze. The property was extremely nice and clean, as pictured. I literally have no complaints. They provided everything one may need. I asked if an iron was available because all I saw was a garment steamer. They immediately ordered one from Amazon and it got delivered the next morning!! My only complaint would be the parking. There was literally nowhere to park at night but once we found a spot we just left our car there and took an Uber everywhere because everything we wanted to do wasn't far from the property. However, I still HIGHLY recommend this property. It is absolutely worth your money!

We had a wonderful, but unfortunately brief stay at this amazing property. Check-in was smooth, the house matched the photos and description, and it was absolutely huge. The roof deck and private elevator were highlights. It’s a unique property and I highly recommend it. The pubs and restaurants of South St. are just steps away, and the views of the river from the home and roof deck are unbeatable.
