Very clean. Great beds. Very responsive hosts.

Tiffany was a great host. She was responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. The apartment was squeaky clean and cozy with a personal favorite being the kitchen with all of its supplies. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a good spot in Old City!

I had the pleasure of staying at Najia’s place for nearly a week, and it was truly a delightful experience. This beautiful Airbnb exudes the charm of a Mediterranean home, with its stunning décor and thoughtful touches. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Philadelphia and its suburbs. One very minor note is that the windows, adorned with gorgeous glass decorations, but it’s hardly an issue if you’re comfortable keeping the lights on. Overall, it’s a wonderful stay, and I would happily return!

Very good location for Old City. The parking garage 2 blocks away was convenient. Just make sure to have your luggage easily accessible as you'll need to remove it from your car and you won't be able to access your vehicle until you check out of the parking garage. We reserved and paid for our spot ahead of time to make sure we'd have a spot. House is clean with plenty of towels. 2 washer/dryers was useful for our family of 5. The gas stove was great. It was really nice to make breakfast before our days of sightseeing.

My two school-age kids and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Anne and Ariel's historic row house, on a beautiful tree-lined lane right off of South Street. The location is ideal: very walkable and close to tons of good restaurants as well as treasures like the Magic Gardens and the Queen & Rook Game Cafe—and yet, despite being in the middle of everything, it also feels peaceful, quiet, tucked-away. The house is perfectly cozy with a great kitchen and a private garage; check-in and check-out are super-easy and we got some terrific restaurant recommendations. We loved our week in Philly and we'd stay at Anne and Ariel's again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

This place was lovely miss Mariamas place was excellent and exactly how she described, tightly and clean and close range to a lot of bars and inner city , this place is a must pick

For this part of the city, more spacious, newer, better cleaned than many other airbnb options. Living room is on first floor and bedroom and bathroom on second, so not so many stairs as many in this area. Convenient to many parts of the city, with attractions, restaurants, bakeries, etc. Excellent communication with host team.

Loved this place! The apartment had so much charm and was super clean and cozy. The neighborhood itself was very cute and exactly what I was looking for. Leonard was really thoughtful—he left snacks and made everything easy with clear instructions. The location was perfect and walkable to pretty much everywhere I wanted to go. Parking nearby was easy too, plenty of garages to choose from and even more spaces on spothero. Overall a great stay, and I’d definitely come back next time I’m in Philly!
