I'm a lovely short-term basement suite in University City, West Philadelphia, just off of Penn's campus. I am new construction with a well lit, side entrance. Two full size beds in the bedroom, a living room with a dinette area that can sleep another two rollaways upon request (for an additional $10 each). Free Coffee or tea, small fridge, books, games and free wifi. I'm near Penn's campus, CHOP (Children's Hospital) and University of Pennsylvania Hospital (HUP). I'm also Shabbat friendly.

Ivy's place was truly a hidden gem. It exceeded the description. The back garden is unbelievable. We loved relaxing in the hammock and outdoor furniture and listening to the birds. It was so beautiful and well designed. SO MANY FLOWERS. I'd stay there again just to experience that garden. Another thing not mentioned is that one of the beds has an adjustable frame. Very much appreciated! And the couch was a recliner. We were always able to park right in front of the house. It's close to 40th Street, with tons of restaurants and the Acme. The street was well lit. It was close to the subway, which was convenient. Go Phillies!

This place was an awesome stay. Right next to the metra station and it took 4 minutes to get into the city center. Felt very safe the whole time. As for the house, it was great super clean super comfortable and I always appreciate when places have coffee available. I would definitely recommend.

A last minute trip to Philly, so we decided to stay again at Ivy’s place. Our only disappointment was that we had to leave the next day for the rest of our journey. As we had expected, everything was immaculate in the house, and we felt right at home. Plenty of room to spread out and relax after a very long car drive.Much nicer than staying at a hotel. The house is in a nice neighborhood that is very convenient to get to and easy to explore the city. Highly recommend!!

Really helpful and friendly host. Give me early access to the apartment in the afternoon when my flight arrives at noon (checked no one stays before me). The place is small and decent, it’s really good for a short trip for one person.
