Es gab sogar einen intelligenten Staubsaugerroboter, der durch die Wohnung fuhr. Die Terrasse war faszinierend. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt. we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Great service and communication you can count on the host for everything you need for the apartment and also if you need any advise or anything else.

Ev beklediğim gibiydi. Güzel bir misafirlik oldu. sessiz, sakin ve bahçesi var. Genel anlamda beğendim.

Staying at James's place has been wonderful ✨. The apartment is very spacious with beautiful interior and an amazing view overlooking Istanbul. Many sites in walking distance, and the whole neighborhood is vibrating with cute restaurants and shops nearby. James was so friendly and responsive. Would definitely come back!

We stayed for only 2 nights, it had everything needed. Shops just outside the house.

First of all, Sigme is very kind, proactive, friendly and very responsive. From the day i checked in until the day i checked out, Sigme will always take the time to check in with me tocensure everything is ok. The location of the accomodation is Amazing!! You can find and walk to the restaurants, bars, cafes super easily. Metro station is super close as well. The house is super clean, comfortable and most importantly cozy. I get to wake up to a horgeous sunrise everyday!! I will definitely recommend and will absolutely stay here again when im back in Istanbul!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We absolutely loved this apartment! It's even better than the pictures. The layout is great and it's very comfortable and welcoming. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The backyard area is private to the unit and accessible from the living room and the bedroom, which is wonderful. There is a spacious kitchen with everything you need, and a brand new air conditioning in the bedroom and also in the living room. The neighborhood of Nisantasi is really energetic and lively- tons of restaurants and cafes, and shopping, and a big park nearby. As an American, it kind of felt like the Beverly Hills of Istanbul. Very local area, didn't see any tourists! Fun neighborhood to experience. And last but not least, Banu is a wonderful, warm, kind, and helpful host. Really enjoyed out stay and definitely recommend!

I stay with Medine second time. She is very friendly and nice, calm and quiet. Respects your private space. Thank you Medine for your hospitality!
