Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Tuscan Archipelago

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is fantastic, nestled among pine trees that provide a refreshing shade, which was especially appreciated on sunny days. It helped keep the place cool during the day. Nicoletta was an excellent host—kind, attentive, and always ready to assist with any questions. Her support made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with a well-functioning AC that kept us cool throughout the night. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we highly recommend it.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour d’une semaine dans la maison de Geraldina. Le village est magnifique, il était paisible à cette saison, c’était très agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil de notre hôte, qui nous attendait au village pour nous amener à la maison. À plusieurs occasions durant la semaine, nous avions des questions et avons rapidement reçu des réponses, c’était parfait. La maison est accueillante, la terrasse magnifique, la région splendide, avec de nombreuses choses à faire tout près. Merci beaucoup!

Un posto meraviglioso in mezzo alla natura. Daniela gentilissima e attentissima alle esigenze degli ospiti, anche nei minimi dettagli; addirittura una vetrina "piccola dispensa" in salotto con diversi prodotti di prima necessita' e non, prezzati e pronti per eventuale acquisto, tutto sulla fiducia. Wafer e biscotti in cucina e una selezione di saponi e shampoo in bagno. Ottima esperienza. Ci tornerei con piacere.

Wir haben schöne Tage am Meer verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Kurze Wege zum Meer wie auch am Abend zu den verschiedenen Restaurants. Dadurch ist es natürlich auch nicht ganz ruhig. Uns hat das nicht gestört, aber vielleicht als Hinweis. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea war top, besser geht’s nicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, es ist alles da was man braucht. Es gibt nebenan einen kleinen Supermarkt, was sehr praktisch ist und man bekommt dort alles was man braucht. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen, gerade zu zweit perfekt.

Personale gentilissimo e posizione comoda per girare tutta l’isola (una media di 25 min per raggiungere i punti più belli.) Il casale offre piscina, campo da tennis, ping pong e parco per bambini. Ogni alloggio ha un porticato piccolo dove poter cenare con vista tramonto. Siamo stati molto bene

This place is as beautiful as the photos. Brand new, carefully designed in every detail and well equipped. The property is gorgeous and it feels secluded, but it’s very accessible and only a 5-minute bike ride from the beach or the town. Geraldine, the co-host, is so friendly, flexible and responsive and gave us the warmest welcome, along with good local recommendations. We stayed in one of the small apartments and there was plenty of space for the 3 of us, including the huge yard, but I loved it so much that I’d be interested in renting the whole property with a group of friends. Thank you again Cecilia and Geraldine, well done!

We had a great stay at casa sophia. It is a great little home in the nature in Toscany. We loved that we had a kitchen with everything we needed, a living room and a garden all for ourselfs. The garden had enough privacy and we woke up every morning with birds singing and no other noices present. There is only one neighbour to the right and one neighbour to the left but very quiet otherwise, but still very close to a little village. We were there for two weeks at the end of april/beginning of May. It was still a little cold sometimes, but there was an electrical fireplace and enough blankets to keep us warm. In summertime i'm sure it keeps cool very well. Note that the swimming pool is not open yet in May. We really had everything we needed in this home. There were enough pots and pans, a dishwasher, a thing to keep flies out of the house, a washing machine and comfortable bed.

Daniela e’ una persona disponibile e attenta ai bisogni. L’appartamento e’ ampio, confortevole, pulito, vintage con quel tocco di toscanita’ che ti fa sentire in armonia con l’ambiente. Curate anche le piccole cose di tutti i giorni: spugne, detersivo,… Vantaggio sicuro l’avere delle bici a disposizione e i principali servizi a portata di mano. Super consigliato.

Casale nella campagna toscana, immerso nel verde, molto curato, bel panorama, con tanta pace e tranquillità. Vicino a San Gimignano e al parco fluviale di Val d'Elsa. La camera era superiore alle aspettative, un appartamento grande, con letto comodo e cucina accessoriata. La vasca idromassaggio è fantastica, una piccola piscina! C'era anche il camino, ci hanno dato tutto l'occorrente per accenderlo. Sono stata lì per un anniversario e ci hanno regalato una bottiglia di spumante, sono stati gentilissimi. Soggiorno meraviglioso e memorabile, torneremo!

Great place to enjoy Tuscany. The hosts were very friendly and attentive. House was comfortable and totally clean. Only downside was the weak cellular signal but that might have been my issue. On a positive side it made you even more connected to the Tuscan nature and surroundings. I think this home is perfect for the hot summer time when nights are warm and the pool offers great relief during the day heat. I highly recommend Natasha’s guest homes.

Casa in campagna, in zona tranquilla con splendidi panorami, circondata da vigneti con vista sulla val d’Elsa e san Gimignano. Casa di nuova costruzione, ampia, dotata di tutti i comfort, tutto estremamente pulito e funzionale. Gilberto e la sua famiglia si sono distinti per accoglienza, disponibilità e gentilezza. Uno dei migliori host che abbia mai incontrato. Assolutamente consigliato per un soggiorno piacevole e tranquillo nelle campagne toscane

Man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht von der Wohnung aus! Meerblick, Sonnenuntergänge, Blick auf Korsika... die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. obwohl die Vermieter gleich nebenan wohnen, hatte man immer seine Privatsphäre und sie sind sehr freundlich. perfekt, wenn man viel Natur und Ruhe möchte und um den Westen von Elba erkunden...

Ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dalle spiagge di Capobianco e della Padulella, sistemazione tranquilla e host sempre disponibile. il signor Nedo altrettanto attivo nel dare indicazioni utili Pulizia discreta, arredamento semplice ma funzionale. Esperienza super positiva

Reactif,réservé le matin et arrivee dès 16h . Tres belle vue ,calme et quartier authentique ,retiré mais nous le desirions . Propreté, ustensiles cuisine neufs et irreprochables . Literie au top . Rapport qualite -prix impec . Merci a Holidu et ses assistants

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in una casa accogliente e confortevole, ben arredata e pulitissima. Eccellenti gli spazi esterni, la vista sull'uliveto è unica. Punto di partenza ideale per visitare la costa degli etruschi e non solo. Grazie agli host (Francesco, la sorella, il papà) per la premurosa e gentile accoglienza.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung für eine Familie. Zentral, aber ruhig mitten in Seccheto gelegen - praktisch mit eigenem Parkplatz, Waschmaschine & Trockner. Wir waren zum 2x dort.

Giuseppe e sua moglie sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno fornito preziose informazioni per approfittare al meglio del nostro soggiorno. L'appartamento è decisamente più carino di quello che ci aspettavamo ed abbiamo potuto usufruire della preziosa doccia esterna messa a disposizione nel giardino. Abbiamo trovato simpatia gentilezza ed ospitalità da parte di tutta la famiglia di Giuseppe, un'esperienza che ci piacerebbe sicuramente ripetere!! Grazie di cuore per il piacevole soggiorno.

Veronica was a real darl'! She greeted us coming lately from the airport and made us feel very welcome. Being the only guests at the place shortly before the season ends we surely felt like queen and king at this remote and beautiful venue! Thanks for everything, Veronica!

Claudias und Fabios Haus ist ein Traum in der Toskana. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub dort und konnten uns super entspannen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Maria was the perfect host. She picked us up from the train and dropped us back when leaving and was always available if needed. Her apartment is beautiful, absolutely spotless and very well equipped… we even had a first aid kit and sewing kit. It’s a very spacious apartment and the beds were soooo comfortable . Two minutes from the beach with miles and miles of beach to walk, which we did every morning and watched the sunset in the evenings. A bit further away is the centre, approximately 15mins walk. Many lovely shops and restaurants there. But closer to the apartment was our favourite restaurant, the Mum and Dad restaurant (cute name) . We had two balconies which we used frequently to chill out and read. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i Ariannas lägenhet. Bra område och nära till allt, fin lägenhet och fantastisk terass! Arianna är väldigt trevlig, svarade alltid snabbt och gav oss flera bra tips på restauranger, platser att besöka och fina stränder. Vi hoppas på att kunna komma tillbaka snart!
