One of the best views you will find! Place is clean and comfortable. AC in every room and worked well. Probably the best washer dryer we had in Italy :) Incredibly responsive host. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Natalia's in Tuscany! Stunning property. The suite is even better than the photos! Beautiful, spacious, clean, and with a comfortable bed. The hottub was amazing! Natalia and Niccolo were such kind hosts, responsive and gave many recommendations. The champagne to celebrate our honeymoon was such a sweet touch! We highly recommend this place and will be back!

We had a very nice, relaxing stay on Bellavista. Angela and her father were extremely welcoming. We were supplied with our own wine, homemade luggage and farm fruits. Staying on Bellavista was definitely worth it and we'll be in the area again at some point, we'll be back! Wehrli family

One of the best Airbnbs we stayed in with absolutely the best host we have ever met! Antonio was amazing. Before our arrival, he provided clear instructions and suggested to help for a smooth check in. He always made sure that we have what we need for a perfect stay, and even spoiled us with a few complementary wine and chocolate. Now, the place is amazing. From the balcony you get the best views in the region, surrounded by trees and immersed by the sound of birds around you. Truly pleasant, relaxing and restoring vacation. The house is fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need, very well maintained, and super clean. We didn't want to leave, and can't wait to get back again!

Had a fantastic stay at Barbara's "Casa Delle Rose". The house is equipped with everything you need, the view at the pool is incredible. Definitely recommended for people like us who are looking for a place to relax and discover Tuscany.

Margherita is very welcoming, good tips for the must-sees of the region, we had a very pleasant stay, comfortable bedding, spacious and well arranged house, a splendid swimming pool with views (about 20m long), lots of sunbed, air conditioning everywhere. So yes, the dirt road to get there may seem long sometimes but that's the price of tranquility. Only downside, the risk of having noisy neighbors on the lower or upper floor (which we had for 3 days).

I had a wonderful stay at Gilberto’s place and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The house is very comfortable to live in, well-equipped with everything you might need, and pleasantly warm inside, which made it feel very cozy. The internet is fast (30-40 mb/s) and stable, perfect for remote work. The bed was incredibly comfortable — I slept so well during my stay! Gilberto and his family are truly lovely people, always kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any message or question. It’s also a great location for trips to San Gimignano or Volterra, and there’s a very tasty restaurant right in the village (Tre Archi), which is definitely worth a visit. I highly recommend this place — it’s one of those stays that will stay in your memory for a long time, not only because of the beautiful home but also thanks to the warmth and hospitality of the wonderful family hosting it.

Quiet beautiful apartment with a large garden and fantastic pool. Perfect to relax. You are located a little off the beaten track on a hill, which means you need a little longer to get to other places, supermarkets, etc. All in all we had a wonderful time there and highly recommend the accommodation! We would like to emphasize that Antonella always responded quickly and was very helpful.

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

It was just great with Kety. Everything is perfect in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with views of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. There are also many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

Very nice, modern and sparkling clean accommodation in a beautiful and spacious hotel complex in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and Simona was a great host. It was just a pity that the pool area was not yet open in mid-April. Thank you, dear Simona, we will definitely come back someday!

Staying at the Valentini farm is like a family experience. Chiara, Luca and Giovanni immediately made us feel at home, with a warm welcome received upon our arrival and with so much availability, friendliness, affability and attention throughout the holiday, but without any intrusion. The estate is a place to regenerate, immersed in nature and in the endless expanses of vineyards and olive trees, which the Valentini family takes care of with so much love. The apartment is equipped with all comforts and an intimate outdoor space to fully enjoy the stay, with shared areas where vacationers have the utmost mutual respect. In addition to the naturalistic experience, the pool is one of the highlights to enjoy on hot days. Finally, the farm is in a strategic position that gives access to the main local attractions (from the sea to the hill, from the crystal clear waters to the medieval towns) just a few kilometers by car. It was the experience we were looking for and what we recommend.

We stayed with Maria and Rodolfo for four nights and felt very, very comfortable. The beautiful house is off the road in idyllic countryside, surrounded by a park-like garden; a Shangri-La in the Maremma. The house is conveniently located for exploring the sights of the surrounding area. Maria and Rodolfo are the friendliest, most considerate and pleasant hosts you could imagine. Equipped with a 4x4, the villa is beautiful with a great location! Always ventilated! Every detail is taken care in every detail! The outdoor space is really well organized and will make you have a wonderful vacation! Great location for visiting the south of the island!

We had a fantastic stay in volterra. The property is listed by a property agency on Airbnb but we dealt directly with the host Andrea who was very nice and responsive. The house has magnificent grounds with a superb outdoor dining area, lovely pool and a bbq as well as table tennis. Inside the house was quite basic but it met our needs. The location was super for travelling into volterra by road but didn’t feel like a particularly safe path for walkers.

Fabio’s house was absolutely wonderful! Janine was super helpful, and the place was so clean and comfortable. It fit our 2 large families easily! Thank you for letting us stay and relax and take in the gorgeous countryside!

There were 6 of us on this beautiful property and we spent some quiet days in nature. The place is a bit remote, so if you want peace and relaxation, the place is ideal. Shopping facilities are easily accessible by car. The house offers a lot of space to move around and the sunny days at the pool with stunning views of the sea were beautiful.

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful house. The area is extremely peaceful and quiet, which made for a truly relaxing time. Each room has its own private bathroom, and everything was fully equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful - all our questions and needs were responded quickly and with care. Communication was excellent throughout. The house is located in a stunning area with beautiful views, and the directions were clear and easy to follow — we had no trouble getting there. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Everything was in perfect order, and I would definitely recommend this place. I was very satisfied. Although the surroundings are calm and quiet, the nearest town isn’t far at all, with several great restaurants to choose from. Altogether, a lovely experience!
