Detached villa with pool in the heart of Tuscany. The Villa is on the ground floor and consists of a large living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms overlooking the green Tuscan hills. It has a large garden. The Villa is for exclusive use, fully fenced, with a shared swimming pool. The area is very quiet and ideal for relaxing holidays. We are located in the middle of two significant cities such as Siena and Florence, but also in typical villages such as San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Volterra.

Follow the lights...

The lights on the right of the cover picture are the ones of our family house in Forno. The village is located at the end of the Biodola bay on Elba island. This home was built by boat by my grand-mother, a painter who had fallen in love with the place. We manage it for the family. It is located at the limit of the national park, and hence still only accessible by boat or by foot today. It has a private (stone) beach just below the house, and easy access to a small sand beach close to the house.

Villa Casale with large garden partly in grass and partly in stone slabs. Immersed in nature and lying on a comfortable sunbed, the town of Roccatederighi divides the horizon, on one side the view of the sea with the Gulf of Follonica and beyond the Island of Elba and Corsica, on the other the Maremma plain and the island of Giglio. You can walk in nature, admire the local fauna, go by bike, relax by taking a bath in the mini pool or reach the cities of art.

La Guardiola - Cape Pearl

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

Parking is private and free on site. Pets are allowed at an extra charge.
