Apartment vacation rentals in Tuscan Archipelago

There were two of us at Laura's place and we were very satisfied. From the balcony in the kitchen we could see the sea and the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is perfect as a base for a holiday in Elba, as the harbor for the ferries and the old town with its many restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance. I can recommend Laura's place with a clear conscience.

The hostess Chiara was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really spotless and everything is available and in good condition. A beautiful panoramic view with sunrises and the town of Rio nell'Elba were impressive. The private parking is very safe. The place is recommended. Thanks, Jane, for the hospitality.

Very well maintained house, you can see that it has recently been renovated in every detail. Large spaces and also well furnished. The house is in a quiet area and close to everything you need. We had a very good time, Sabrina was always present for every minimum request, even in her advice on what to do and where to eat. Very fast check-in and check-out, no problem. I can only recommend!

I can highly recommend this apartment. Everything was perfect. The interior is designed with great attention to detail, and the equipment leaves nothing to be desired – there’s even a sun umbrella and beach chairs. The location is also fantastic: right in the heart of the charming old town and just a few steps from the sea and the beach. Francesco is extremely friendly, warm, and attentive.

Great location on one of the most beautiful beaches. You don't need a car to get to the beach or downtown. The warm outdoor shower was our highlight after a long day at the beach.

Very nice place and location; well located near Capoliveri, walking distance, perfect for couples or adults, a little less for children due to hilly roads to reach the town. Very panoramic and romantic view, special tips (not usual tourisms) from Paola to discover the island. The house is nice, nice furniture and well equipped. It‘s good value for money. It‘s recommended.

Lovely, spacious apartment. Very clean. Great location. Short walk from shops and the sea. Only stayed 1 night but would loved to have stayed for longer if we could.

A small dream apartment, simple but clean and tidy. There is everything you need, especially a balcony on the marina where you can get lost... small beach in front of the house and directly on the long harbor near shops and restaurants. The owners have provided us with all the useful information for the stay including tips on what to do and where to eat...everything is perfect! Definitely an experience to do again! The apartment was very large and cozy. Nothing was missing, better than my home! Super equipped kitchen, basic necessities present and even more. We also found some welcome gifts that we really appreciated! Gianluca is very nice and helpful. This is my first time booking through Airbnb and I can say I was very satisfied! We also had our dog (7 month old Labrador) with us for the first time and there were no problems. Very available on this side too. I'll definitely go back to Gina's place if I go back to the area. Marianna is a very nice and attentive host. We had trouble finding the apartment when we arrived and she was immediately available and picked us up in Capoliveri. The apartment is very quiet with great views and it is only a few minutes walk to the nearest beach. However, the apartment is a row end house (which we were not aware of when booking), which means that other guests also use the garden and you have no privacy in the outdoor seating area. However, we definitely had a great holiday week.

Ours was the first time on the island of Elba... the location of the house is strategic, you can get around on foot and by bike (which are made available to guests), but located in a quiet area. Very kind and helpful ...in short, a beautiful vacation. We'll definitely be back.

We had a great time! The place is beautiful, surrounded by olive trees and very relaxing. The pool is beautiful and the area is lovely. Alessandro was very hospitable, he made us find everything perfect and gave us a bottle of wine produced by them, very good! Renato is super helpful and nice. Unforgettable stay!!

Roberta was very courteous, took care of us and always offered her help. After we had taken a tour by bus and missed the connecting bus at a stopover, she had offered to pick us up. She was very caring. The apartment was large, nice and very clean. All necessary kitchen appliances were available. The location is good, almost everything in the city is within walking distance. A beautiful old town with lots of restaurants and a beautiful castle. We would always book with Roberta, we liked it very much. You feel at home.

Our stay in Belforte was simply wonderful! Patrizio is an exceptional guest: very welcoming, helpful and attentive to every detail. It made us feel at home from the start. The inhabitants of Belforte are warm and friendly people, and it was a real pleasure to discover the authenticity of this beautiful village. The apartment is extremely cozy, cared for with great love and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. Every detail is designed to ensure comfort and relaxation. We highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to experience the real Italian atmosphere in a lovely place!

Quiet location, secluded, clean pool and beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms, wifi works best at pool but intermittent upstairs depending on room location. There is 80$ euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash, I had 100$ cash remaining so I was ok, so be sure to have cash on hand. Noemi offered recommendations for dinner and supermarket which were great. Overall, good experience for quiet and relaxing few nights.

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

The apartment matched the description we had read in the listing, but the photos did not fully represent the beauty of the place. The view is fantastic and has a beautiful sunset every night and a beautiful moon every night. The house has everything you need for a vacation, the only downside is not having the washing machine for exclusive use but in the end we were able to wash everything as needed. Isolina has a precious treasure in her hands that you feel you have to preserve as if it were your own, even if for a few days. It was a refreshing vacation for us.

We had a wonderful vacation and I would highly recommend this place. To really enjoy it, you should arrive by car, as it is surrounded by nature and somewhat secluded. However, this is a great advantage, because the surrounding landscape is beautiful and invites you to explore and enjoy. It offers a great contrast to the days when the nearby cities and tourist attractions are visited.

Elettra was wonderful and the apartment was beautiful. The one we booked had damage so she provided an upgrade for free. It was the offseason in San Vincenzo but Elettra bent over backwards to help us find things to do and places to eat. She even offered to drive us from the train stop and to dinner. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. The apartment was clean and beautiful and walking distance to everything in town.
