The apartments are situated between large tuscan fields. Some small shops and the beutiful village of Castiglione della Pescaia are just a few kilometers away. We had an amazing week of cycling, lazy days at the pool and nice swims in the sea, lots of cappucchini and pasta. The apartment itself is small, an one room apartment, but well equipped and very clean. Since you spend all the time outside anyways it's perfect. Michael is a very welcoming host and has lots of suggestions worth a visit. Perfect if you are looking for a relaxed, quiet and convenient place to stay.

Great stay! Very kind and helpful host. Impeccable apartment, even nicer live. The residence offers many amenities, large and very clean pool. Clear directions with great local tips. Definitely a great destination for families but more! We'll be back! We'll be back.

I made a same day arrival booking, Cristina was faultless last minute and late arrival all managed without fuss very clear instructions to get here. we landed in Bologna Airport and had a 2 hour drive so would suggest Pisa Airport as we left from there (1 hour drive). stunning setting, immaculate inside and out, very relaxing atmosphere. breakfast was fantastic a great selection well balanced. Cristina and her team are amazing 👏 ❤️. NOTES: have a car it is remote...ensure phones location is on precise, mine wasn't and it struggled to find the place....but my phones fault not Cristinas. we will be back !

What a positive surprise! The area is exceptional, you can discover so much and here it is called relaxation and pure Italy! Over generations, there is their own craft in the special design. Hats off! The Italian family is also very nice. We only stayed at the property for one night, but could have imagined more.

This is a great place to stay - the view is absolutely gorgeous and the apartment we had was very spacious and beautiful. The free and unlimited use of the indoor jacuzzi and pool (way warmer than we expected!) was a great and very nice surprise. Definitely would recommend.

Super nice big apartment with huge balcony and cozy common areas. The beds were also good and there was a good selection in the fridge. However, we came on a Tuesday out of season, so almost everything was closed in town, but imagine it's full of life in the summer
