C’è un luogo al Giglio dove il mare sembra entrare in casa e il profumo di salsedine accompagna ogni alba. È una villa speciale, a pochi passi dal porto ma appartata quel tanto che basta per sentirsi lontani dal mondo. La grande finestra rotonda, come un oblò sospeso sull’acqua, trasforma ogni momento in un viaggio. L’abbiamo chiamata “Come stare sulla prua di una barca” perché è esattamente questa la sensazione che si prova affacciandosi da lì: essere parte del mare, in una quiete senza tempo.

La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.

The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. "Case Danesi", an 1700 farmhouse situated on a hill that overlooks two seas, on the one hand an olive trees garden and overlooking the bay of Bagnaia, on the other hand, the view of the sea with the wild beach of Zupignano. The unique location between the two bays allows you to look over breathtaking landscapes ; a private garden to enjoy moments of relaxation in absolute silence . The accommodation can host up to five people.

Our private villa is located in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma just a few kilometres from the quiet village of Gavorrano. ‘La Quercia’ consists of a large garden with private veranda and Jacuzzi, two bedrooms, living area with fireplace and kitchen, two private and fully equipped bathrooms and a breathtaking view of the beautiful Maremma. Parking is private and free on site. Pets are allowed at an extra charge.
