Super stay. The villa is very nice, cozy, surrounded by greenery and with a beautiful surrounding view. Quiet, equipped with all the necessary comforts. The owners are exquisite, friendly and helpful people. We highly recommend this location for those who want to relax and spend moments with friends and family!

Located in a very quiet location, the villa has all the necessary comforts. Each bedroom includes a newly renovated bathroom. The stay was very pleasant and Mrs. Margherita was an attentive and helpful hostess.

Woooow, no words can really describe how wonderful this place is. We've seen this fantastic villa from afar before (you can see it when coming in to the island from the boat), but we could never imagine how wonderful it is. The house itself is perfect, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms etc - but what really stood out was how close you were to the city while also feeling like having your own little paradise. The balconies where a dream, the view perfect and the private place to swim simply wonderful. 10/10, and will 100% come back!

We had a great stay in Follonica, not least because of our host. He was extremely friendly, always reachable and really cared for – even with homemade tiramisu! The apartment was clean and well appointed, everything went smoothly. Clear recommendation for anyone looking for a place to stay in Follonica.

great location - very calm and beautiful view on the bay of Portoferraio. We especially enjoyed the direct access to the sea for swimming and wingfoiling as well as the wonderful terasse where we celebrated our dinner every evening and enjoyed the beauty of the bay.

Really enjoyed our stay at Tenuta Cantona. Beautiful area within easy reach of many places worth visiting in Tuscany. The local town of Casole d’Elsa is very quaint with a couple of nice restaurants and cafes. The villa itself is really nicely finished and in a very quiet and secluded location. The pool is lovely and only shared with a few other rooms. Paulo and Denny who manage the property were excellent hosts. Always on hand for anything you need and happy to offer suggestions for local places to visit or restaurants. The restaurant they booked for us was also really good!

Maria has created a beautiful and warm home with a modern design and spacious, cosy layout. The kitchen is a dream for cooking, and the peaceful location is perfect for unwinding. Dinesh was always responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house, surrounded by private greenery that offers all the necessary privacy. Arranged on multiple levels with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that surround the independence of all guests. The terrace of the living room where we had lunch or dinner offers a breathtaking view that collects the beauty of the port with all the colors of the island. In the morning we had breakfast in the kitchen patio surrounded by the villa's garden. A way to start the day that you absolutely must try. The first beaches can be reached in a 5-minute walk from a practically private road that leads directly to the port. A very useful way to forget about the car. In the afternoon, back from the sea or the boat, we relax by playing in the pool looking at the sea. Wow! The kids had the best time! Great homeowners who have always been available and super responsive. If we go back to the island, we'll definitely come back here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Florence was an amazing host and her home is spectacular. My family and I had the best time . It is centrally located on the island to drive where ever you want to go. My 2 year old son was with us and there were all sorts of toys for him and things to explore. She even helped us book activities on the island and was always available to help. The house is a pearl. In the immediate distance to the sea (about 100 m through a park and you are already on the beach) and also the town with the restaurants and shopping is within walking distance (about a 10-minute walk to shopping). The house has a great outdoor kitchen. Bikes for adults and a sup were at your disposal. Glad to come back!

It was a Family Trip for us (kids and adults, in total 10 people) and everyone was super happy with the place! The house is very nice and big in a perfect location. We felt home straight away. Everyone enjoyed the nice pool and we had a lot of nice Family-time e.g. with BBQ or doing our own pizza in the beautiful italian Pizza oven outside. The Communication with Pamela was genial. She helped us a lot with recommandations (Restaurants, delivery service, doctor) and always offered us that we can call her if we have any language barriers (e.g. with the doctor). Thank you for the great time! We can recommend the place for 100%.

Francesca and Sabrina were outstanding hosts! The villa is the most amazing place to unwind and escape with friends/family. The pool is amazing and great size for a large group of people. Would certainly recommend getting cars and Francesca and her team were very helpful in organising this. Rooms are beautiful and great sizes. The self contained apartments are great for large groups, as each has a kitchen and bathroom. Overall an amazing stay at the villa and would highly recommend.

When we come back to Italy, we will be reaching out to Carola again and stay at her place. The accommodations we fantastic.

Three couples around mid September. We enjoyed the farmhouse, dinners al fresco, the pool and gorgeous surroundings. Luisa and Nicola were attentive hosts and the house is warm and confortable. We wished we had stayed longer in the area just to enjoy the house more. You can do day trips to Volterra, San Gimigniano, etc. from the location. Highly recommended and we wouldn't mind returning.

Staying at the villa with our friends was really nice and relaxing. We enjoyed the greenery, the pool, the barbecue, but above all the incredible view that surrounded the villa. The owners were welcoming and available for any eventuality. We'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time here in the middle of Tuscany. It is advisable to arrive by car, it is perfectly located for the most important day trips in Tuscany. Clean rooms and pool, fast communication, wonderful views of the countryside.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The property is charming, with stunning architecture and well-maintained surroundings, offering both relaxation and luxury. The outdoor spaces, especially the pool, were perfect for our group to unwind and enjoy the Tuscan sun. Inside, the house is beautifully decorated, with unique and elegant touches such as the grand chandelier and vintage portraits that added a special atmosphere. Marie Stella, the owner, was a delight to communicate with, and Susanne, our house manager, was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her warmth and hospitality made the experience even better. We spent wonderful moments here, from relaxing by the pool to enjoying family dinners in the lovely garden. It was truly a fantastic week, and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful Tuscan retreat.

We had a fun time! Irene welcomed us with a basket of provisions that made us happy on the first night. Otherwise, there is a mini grocery store in the village on foot. It helps, but it's quite expensive, otherwise the nearest supermarket is a 20-minute drive away. It's still quite far from tourist spots, about 1.5 hours from Siena and Florence, but to get away from it all, it's great! No noise, no neighbors are not too close, except for a white horse in the field next door. Everything was well maintained. The pool was clean and inviting, but at the end of September, it was too cool to swim in our case. Too bad! Also, we would have liked to eat in one of the restaurants in the village, but on the same day, it was full. We still had an aperitif next to the church and there was a family party. It was very nice. It was like being in an Italian movie. In short, the welcome was perfect, Irene was very warm and dedicated, the house was impeccable!

Il Pollaio is an amazing villa... close enough to nice restaurants in Volterra and other villages, but so private. the space was perfect for 3 couples. The kitchen, terrace, and pool were all top notch!

Donatella is a great host! Had a wonderful family vacation. There was nothing missing. The apartment and the outdoor area are lovingly decorated and green. The pool was the highlight of the kids. It has great sun loungers and several pneumatic tires and balls as well as different places in the garden with chairs and table. With the bikes provided we reached the breathtaking km long beach in 5-10 minutes. Donatella's restaurant recommendations were great! Thanks!
