Vacation rentals with a patio in Tulum

Host was extremely friendly, responsive, everything was explained well, instructions were clear and easy to understand. There were lots of small details that made the stay easy and relaxing and it felt like home away from home. Definitely recommend this location!

First, this is not on the beach and not on the city center strip. That is what makes it perfect. It is tranquil and easy. The rooms are beautiful and the complex is awesome. I have seen some reviews complain about construction but best of luck finding something like this where there isn’t construction going on in Mexico - Tulum is thriving and this is where you want to be. Third, Braulio - my goodness you will never find a more helpful, positive, or friendly manager. He can and will do anything. Want an atv in 5 minutes? Done. Run out of gas in the street miles away from a gas station? He’ll get help before you break a sweat. He also knows the best cenotes and thats critical because some are super lame and others are exquisite. Honestly this could be a hole in the wall and I’d stay here again cus of him. Pro tip - no one uses the rooftop pool and it is the warmest and has the best sunsets. Book here.

The mistiq residences are a nice place to stay while in Tulum we spent most of our time at the beach or at the cenotes not much on the apartment , yet it was a comfortable and nice to stay location. The condo has an amazing bakery “La Baguette” on the main floor a great option for breakfast and a mini market where you can get basin supplies for a short stay. We did not swim at the pool yet the area is nice the pool looked clean and well maintained. Internet was reliable and fast (good for remote work) This is a nice place to stay The department was the great fit for my family we had 3 rooms enough to host a party of 5 , rooms and bathrooms were all clean and well maintained, all “white clothes” for beds were clean,

I spent a week at this apartment in May. I was mostly working - it's a great spot for digital nomads. The photos accurately reflect the apartment. But it's better than it looks. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is functional. The couch / loveseat is comfy. The bedroom patio is shaded. The AC works perfectly - it was hot when I was there. The upstairs pool is really nice, a pleasant place to chill and relax (and work). The shared rooftop pool also is relaxing and chill, a good place to swim and work. I also really liked the neighborhood - much more than I thought I would. It's quiet, even though you're in the middle of Tulum. You look out over the treetops and hear / see birds. I liked Tulum town a lot, just strolling. The kind woman at the front desk recommended Taqueria Honoria, and it was superb - Mayan tacos and tortas, things I had never had before. Finally, Mariana was a helpful host. All in all, it was a great stay - I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is a lovely property, you and your family/friends won't be disappointed! The property is spacious and has everything you need. We felt like we were at home. Also, the building has an amazing pool which our kids used in the evenings but what we loved the most was their coffee shop. We didn't have to go far to find excellent coffee and pastries. You're also able to order full meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner), we only had breakfast once but the food was delicious. Diana responded immediately to any our concerns, we'll be staying here again.

Beautiful scenery, I had an amazing time! Martin and Alan were beyond accommodating. The space was beautiful, clean and the bed was comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough!

We loved our stay here! The place is lovely, quiet and safe. The local area had some great food options within walking distance, and it was perfectly located between downtown Tulum and the beaches. Fernando was a great host - he’s super friendly and extremely helpful with transportation and recommendations. Would highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

A truly perfect experience from beginning to end. I took my mom and a group of her friends here for a 60th celebration and everyone was so blown away. We felt so safe and comfortable the entire time. All of their suggestions were outstanding. Would absolutely recommend and am planning on coming back!

I spent a week at Villa Ikebana. It was fabulous. I was mostly working; it's a great place for digital nomads. But it's also very quiet and private and romantic; I would love to come back with my wife and have a real vacation. The house is lovely and spacious. The bed is extremely comfy. The AC and WiFi are excellent. The kitchen is well-equipped. The seating / dining areas are comfortable and livable. The outdoor spaces are really nice too. Both pools are lovely and private. The outdoor seating is comfortable. It feels wooded and natural when you're outside. (There is a nearby bar that plays loud music on weekends from around 5 to midnight, but other than that, you mostly hear the birds.) The neighborhood is fine. It's easy to walk to the restaurants on Calle 7. I had a rental car, and I was glad I did. It's easy to get around Tulum with a car. It wouldn't be necessary for staying here, but an ATV or bike or car makes it easier. I can't wait to go back. It's a lovely place.

The two structures—one housing the main living area and bedrooms, and the other offering private guest suites—provided both comfort and privacy. The pool area was a wonderful retreat, adding to the overall charm of the property. Beyond the incredible space, the communication was top tier. You were incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that any questions or concerns were quickly addressed. This was definitely a great experience overall, and we would absolutely recommend Villa Xochitl to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful stay in Aldea Zama. She was amazing with response times!! The place was absolutely gorgeous and kept extremely clean. Every morning and afternoon she sent recommendations for food and activities. Very polite and proactive. 10/10 recommend any of her properties.

Our stay far exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable for all or our guests. We are already looking forward to our return stay with Celine.

The house was nice and clean. But I feel like there was no one in the house before our stay. Because the house seemed like it hadn’t been aired out in about a week. The fridge must have been unplugged also. Because it took almost a day for it to get cold and keep our food cold. The pool also seemed like it was barely cleaned and maintained the day of our arrival. It was green until the pool chemicals worked a few days later and made it blue. The bedding and beds are somewhat outdated. And the towels and linens could be replaced also.

The very best Airb&b experience to date! Tanya greeted me to a extremely clean place, we'll thought out, safe and private place. I loved the authentic Spanish kitchen and modest bathroom. And how thoughtful of her to provide everything you need to nourish yourself upon arrival and longer. The place is located within walking distance of Super Aki and other stores.Super Aki is a frequent meeting spot for many excursions. I would definitely recommend this spot.

Staying here was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and they were always available to answer our questions.

The place was as expected, as in the photos. The place was a bit remote from the center but a 7Eleven and many good restaurants nearby. If we come back to Tulum, we will choose this place again

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect — a true home away from home in Tulum! The location is fantastic, very close to the centro but still peaceful and relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The space was spotless, and thoughtful touches like slippers, toothbrushes, and razors made it feel extra special. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure, which can be rare to find. I also really appreciated the personalized key code — it was so convenient not having to worry about forgetting it! There were plenty of outlets throughout the apartment, making it easy to charge all our devices without any hassle. Parking was easily accessible, which was a huge plus for us. Whether you’re planning a short getaway or a longer stay, this Airbnb has everything you need. Highly recommend — I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing apartment with a private + rooftop pool!! I enjoyed getting up every morning and being surrounded by nature

John's place was absolutely perfect. It was a great size and clean. Wifi was great and worked well for conference calls with no issue. La Valeta is a great neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of the main town while still within short walking distance of some amazing coffe places and restaurants. The airbnb had everything I needed. The pool area was quiet and always had room. John was extremely responsive. Highly recommend for long term stays.

I was staying there with my little Shih Tzu and we had a great two night stay! Walking distance to one of the best taco places of Tulum, and an amazing terrace overlooking the street which is honestly super spacy! Since it had a small desk, I was able to get some work done as well, everything is super functional and I would be happy to stay again! Host is great in communication, super accommodating.

Very nice and private place. Even thought in the instructions came how to find the place, it was complicated even for the taxi driver. It was easier to find the other name place in google maps. Asides of this, everything was so worthy for the price. Extra points for having a mini pool inside the room. The people who stayed in the above apt. Was a bit noisy when walking and you could hear the steps and also moving furniture during several times a day. We suggest you to rent a motorcycle so you can move around Tulum. Great place and great stay.

I absolutely loved the stay here! It was peaceful, private, safe & walking distance to La Veleta street which had great restaurants & coffee shops! I also appreciated that they had their own designated parking spot, perfect for keeping my car rental safe! This is the perfect place for 2, I am happy with our stay here!

A very nice apartment, and very comfortable, it is recommended to rent a car, scooter or ATV, to be able to visit more places, communication with the hosts was excellent
