Great place that is walking distance to the beaches and downtown, and still feels like living with the locals in a private community. Ideal for 1-2 people. Little yard area was a nice plus.

My family had a fantastic experience staying at this lovely Airbnb. The house was not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable. They appreciated how spacious and clean everything was, which made it feel like a home away from home. The host was exceptional – very friendly, responsive, and always available to answer any questions or offer assistance. From the moment they booked to the day they left, communication was seamless. The attention to detail and the personal touches really made a difference in their stay. Very good stay experience, the whole room is very beautiful, divided into three floors, with four independent rooms, you can have an independent kitchen and living room, the decoration style of the room, each room is very retro and romantic, there is also a large terrace, each room is equipped with air conditioning and hair dryer supplies, very suitable for group living, the landlord is warm and friendly, the check-in is very smooth, can communicate in English, there will be a landlord's assistant to receive you in the room, about 15 minutes walk from the city center, the whole stay experience is very smooth, very happy, thanks a lot

Henry's accommodation is amazing, it is a very nice, clean house and of course the pool is the plus of the home; Personally, I always appreciate a good bed and this one exceeded my expectations as the mattress, sheets and pillows fascinated me. Henry is an excellent person, as is the rest of his family and work team, very friendly and always respectful. I definitely recommend the accommodation and I hope to return very soon.

Everything beautiful and close to the plaza and the view I enjoyed a lot and the mariscos restaurant downstairs everything so close to me and lots of fun the rooftop was so beautiful and the lights at night made everything more pretty

This bnb was amazing, the condo itself was beautiful and well kept. The pools were amazing and views breathtaking. You’re in walking distance of amazing restaurants or a short uber ride away from zona romántica. Communication was very quick and helpful Overall 10/10 I would stay again.

The location of the property geographically and also the unit location within property were excellent. One thing that we noticed about the complex was that there are MANY units where you couldn't see the sunset from the balcony due to the building orientation. This unit had excellent views of the ocean, sunsets, pools, whales every day. It is a true SUITE which was excellent for my wife and me. It will sleep four with the pullout couch but it would be extremely tight quarters for 2 couples. A family with 2 kids would be good. It was an excellent place and we would defintely stay here again if it was available when we were going to PV.

Everything in general very well, we rest and enjoy the facilities and amenities. Very good option to rest, the people of the villas are very friendly.

This is a beautiful condo with amazing views and wonderful location. The Host is phenomenal and always responsive and accommodating, made us feel right at home but with a million dollar view ;) The only inconvenient was the jacuzzis not working. They only have 3 jacuzzis for the complex and all three were not operational. This is however something the host has no control over. Gregs place is Superb! Thank you for hosting us :D

Spacious, wonderful vacation place. Nice tile work throughout, microwave, modern appliances, dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer were handy. Kitchen was well equipped although we didn't cook because we were always going to restaurants. Air conditioning worked well. Close to everything, convenient to grocery store, walmart, restaurants, 5th avenue and the beach. We definitely would stay again. My highest recommendations to Marion and this place!

As others have said, this is a super well-located apartment and ideal for two couples or a family to share. The outdoor terrace is a big plus—we had dinner out there twice when we needed a break from CDMX’s terrific restaurants. We did not find it noisy. Victoria was quick to respond to a plumbing issue and got it fixed on a Sunday no less. Great neighborhood, close to bus and metro, wonderful stay. Also super convenient to have a doorman and a washer and dryer.
