The apartment is on the 3rd level with access via a keypad. The accommodation is in a secure residence 7km from Quinta Avenida de playa del carmen. As in the photos. If you're interested in shopping or eating, there's everything nearby. Hosts are responsive. I would this property.

The apartment had a very good location close to good cafes and restaurants. Access is protected by a 24-hour front desk. You'll need things in the kitchen (except for the corkscrew). The apartment was clean, air conditioning worked, and the beds were comfortable

Excellent apartment, everything was impeccable, it has little that was built, they took care of every detail to have an excellent stay with quality things, sheets, pillows, very comfortable mattress to have a good rest. In the bathroom everything of very good quality, new towels, hair dryer, good shower, good sink with everything you need to be very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils to prepare food, the refrigerator was a good size, microwave, coffee maker, blender, stove, all this very good brand and quality. As for the building is very nice for being new, it has 24-hour security, a small gym and on the rooftop a very clean pool as well as a terrace with barbecue and armchairs. The location is very good, you are a few steps from 5th avenue and the area is very quiet, there is no loud music, the beach is a few blocks away, as well as being close to several restaurants and supermarkets, excellent service, 100% recommended, for you to enjoy.

Perfect location in Playacar. It’s easy to walk to town but yet a gated and quiet place at night! Loved the stay and would return or maybe even buy a place here. It’s the best of all worlds and a great complex.

Delightful experience. Larger place than we expected. Adequately furnished. We're an older couple so the stairs down from the parking area and back up every day was not ideal, but we made our month-long stay, work anyway. The adjacent large, enclosed, heated, lap pool was noisy at first, but we got used to it quickly. It was an easy 20 feet from the condo door to the pool which was a delight. Walking to centro was easy through the back gate. All downhill. We took Uber and Taxis back up. Peggy's Condo is highly recommended as long as you can handle the steps to get to and from it. Access to the complex is very easy thanks to the staff, who are very friendly. And if you have any questions, they'll resolve them. As well as for the apartment, there was never a lack of attention and the place was very clean and tidy.

Feasibility of combination with the manager and everything very clear

We had a wonderful stay at this charming townhome in Bucerías! The location is fantastic—just minutes from the beach, great restaurants, and local shops. The complex is very nice and felt safe and peaceful. Inside, everything was clean and cozy. The beds were super comfortable, and the huge TV was a nice bonus for relaxing in the evenings. Overall, a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy all that Bucerías has to offer. Highly recommend!

Impeccable house, just like the photos, inside a complex with everything you need, a pool and jacuzzi right outside the house with warm water, and super comfortable beds! A kitchen equipped with everything you need and more! A nearby and beautiful beach without stones!! Communication with Lily was great, we will definitely be back!!
