De studio is echt perfect! Licht, ruim en een heerlijk terras. In de buurt veel voorzieningen en maar kwartiertje lopen naar het centrum. De studio is schoon, fris en van werkelijk alles voorzien!

Great location. No parking but you can drop off and park around the corner. Top of the street there is a plaza and restaurants. Up and then down to the left is a bigger plaza. The palace is about a 15 minute walk. You have to go to the rooftop bar at Riu Hotel. Incredible. 10 minute walk.

El apartamento se encontraba en perfectas condiciones. Susana nos atendió muy amablemente y fue un gustazo poder alojarnos en una zona tan viva por ese precio.

This is a lovely and beautifully decorated apartment right in the center of Madrid. It’s a 15 minute walk to the three main museums, or you can catch the metro right outside the front door. Even though the neighborhood is bustling, with shops, cafes, and restaurants all around, the third floor apartment is amazingly quiet. The host is super helpful and arranged for us to drop our bags early while the apartment was being cleaned (for a small fee). I would definitely stay here again next time.

If you’re spending time in Madrid, Jose’s place is the dream spot. The location cannot be beat - in the heart of Malasaña with everything at your fingertips. But the building itself is very quiet, allowing for great sleeps and a comfortable escape from the bustling neighbourhood. The place was very clean and has everything you need. The air conditioning was a gift in the hot weather, too! I’m already wanting to come back to Madrid and stay in this place again. It was a beautiful experience. Thank you, Jose!

El apartamento es tal y como se muestra en las imágenes. Está muy limpio y tiene todos los utensilios necesarios para la estancia. Está ubicado en una zona tranquila y fácil de llegar. Alberto ha estado pendiente en todo momento y me ha dado muy buenas recomendaciones. Lo recomiendo 100%

Creo que ha sido de las mejores experiencias que he vivido estos ultimos años, necesitabamos desconectar y lo conseguimos, nos fuimos muy tristes de esta casita tan espectacular, super acogedora, los muebles de madera maziza son de lo mejor y he dormido como una reina en las camas tan comodas, no quería que pasaran las horas. Gustavo y su madre, los dueños fueron tan amables y familiares que ya los tenemos en nuestros corazones para siempre. Os queremos familia. Graciela y Justin.

The host was extremely nice and accomodating. Our group arrived really late as our day trips had some delay. The host waited for us and communicated well so that the checkin process was completed without any issues. The unit itself is amazing, super large spaces to park, and also having fun times with outdoor swimming pool and BBQ. I think it's a perfect place for large group as that can accomodate at least 12 people if you rent out all the units in the complex. The only tough part is that it's in a gated community, so you will need to coordinate with the host a bit to reach the actual unit itself, but it will be worth it. Lastly, the shower there is amazing.

Hemos pasado un puente fenomenal. La casa increíble y los niños han disfrutado mucho del jardín y en especial de las gallinas. Lástima que el clima nos impidió usar la piscina que se veía espectacular. Recomiendo ampliamente quedarse aquí.

Nos encontramos al llegar un matrimonio muy agradable y muy majos , nos dejaron en la nevera un rico tiramisú casero y también huevos frescos y una botella de vino Nos regalaron moras y nos enseñaron a los animales La piscina está muy bien La casa estaba muy limpia y muy ordenada Y nos recomendaron sitios para comprar y visitar Lo recomendamos al 100% para las familias que quieran tranquilidad y le gusten los animales Además mari angeles y Jose Antonio eran muy majos y muy agradables

Segunda vez que vamos a la misma casa, todo perfecto, la zona para hacer BBQ inmejorable, la casa cuando llegamos estaba calentita, el agua caliente sale al instante. Todo perfecto la verdad repetiremos de nuevo el año que viene sin dudarlo. Gracias por todo.

Muy buena elección, la casa perfectamente equipada y en una muy buena ubicación. Tanto Angelines como su marido desde el primer momento se mostraron flexibles con los horarios de llegada y salida, cosas que han sido de agradecer. Sin duda la recomendaría a cualquiera.

Wonderful house with lots of activites for kids and adults. The house had a nice vibe to it and we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded so I would advise a rental car. Frederic was exceptionally friendly, highly responsive, and went out of his way to assist us. He even brought our forgotten passport to the airport for us!

El apartamento tiene todo lo que se necesita y diríamos que mucho más para poder pasar los días que queramos a gusto. Buen confort, limpio, en muy buenas condiciones. Todas las instrucciones están detalladas. El lugar donde se encuentra ubicado está muy bonito y agradable para descansar. Si tenemos que dar un calificación del 1 al 10 le damos el máximo. Pino’s place was great for the week my partner and I stayed in Madrid! It has an amazing location so you can walk to everything. There is an elevator which made it easy to move the luggage up and down. The wifi was fantastic, my partner had to work a bit so that made it super easy. The apartment had everything we needed, and Pino even left us a bottle of wine and some snacks! Pino was also very flexible with our check in as we arrived early in the day which was very appreciated! One thing I will mention is that it was loud at night during the holiday we happened to be there for (Constitution Day) but was quiet the rest of the week. It didn’t bother us too much as we had ear plugs! We highly recommend staying here!

Bardzo fajnie spedzilismy czas :) super lokalizacja, w samym centrum miasta, ciepłe mieszkanie (bylismy w lutym). Świetna baza wypadowa w pobliskie góry!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay with Liron, who is a fantastic host very friendly, understanding, and welcoming. You can truly feel the spirit of Madrid the moment you step outside the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and exploring the city. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need.
