The accommodation is located in the center of the beautiful village of Piedralaves, with numerous restaurants and a nice downtown area for a walk. Parking is not easy (at least in summer, but you can stop at the gate to unload and then park further away). The accommodation is as seen in the advertisement, two large double rooms, a spacious bathroom with shower and a nice kitchen and living room, it should be noted that the rooms are connected by a window and there is also a window from the living room to a room. Also the rooms do not have a door. The house is a low street, everything perfectly new and renovated. Highly recommended. Communication with Javier was perfect. Everything was very clean upon arrival and the detail to leave soap is appreciated. A very good place to visit the area.

The whole family with small children had a great time. The house is very cozy, it's a pity the bad weather we had during our stay, otherwise we could have taken advantage of the pool. We had a fantastic time in this house. Very functional, tastefully decorated, and in very good condition. The kitchen / dining room is the heart of the house and you can cook and chat perfectly with the people of the house while preparing things, if the weather is good you can eat outside with very nice sun. We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Madrid! It worked out perfectly for our group of four. The space was very clean, and having two full bathrooms made everything so much more convenient. The location was fantastic — coffee shops, a grocery store, a fruit stand, and great restaurants were all just a short walk away. There’s also a beautiful park just a block from the apartment, which we loved exploring. Ubers were always available within two minutes, making it easy to get around the city. Plus, the apartment is in a very quiet area, so we always had a peaceful place to come back to after a busy day. Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic flat in a fantastic location. It’s spacious, clean, stylish, and my personal reason for admiration is the tableware - and kitchen equipment too, but oh the beautiful set of tableware! So, highly recommended, I don’t see how anyone could not enjoy this accommodation:)

We had a great stay at Hugo’s place! He was super accommodating to our schedule. He let us dropped off luggage early at 11:30am and also let us checked in earlier than 3pm. It was greatly appreciated! The place was cozy and great for 8 of us! It’s highly recommended!

Oliver's apartment is a wonderful retreat right in the heart of Madrid. It is so beautifully and thoughtfully appointed (as the pictures attest), so clean, and so well supplied (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom). I echo many other reviewers: "Oliver has one of the very, very best places on Airbnb!" He was an excellent communicator; Ana was great. We are eager to return.

A perfect house to spend a weekend in a group, it had everything you need to enjoy your stay. The garden area is great.

We have rented the accommodation between 15 friends and the experience could not have been better: pool, bbq, garden, huge living room away from the house to be able to dance, do board games, etc. while the rest could rest without problem. And Teba, the host, super available and willing to help us with everything. Perfect for a summer weekend and close to Madrid. We'll be back for sure.
