Aquest edifici té la particularitat d'estar davant d'una zona verda, tranquila i familiar. Tant és el mes en el que us allotgeu al nostre apartament, perquè tot i ser una ciutat petita, en aquesta hi trobareu durant tot l'any gran quantitat d'esdeveniments culturals. Estiu: ESTIVAL DE JAZZ D'IGUALADA: Destinat als amants del Jazz, durant el mes de Juny, la ciutat s'omple de concerts de Jazz per tota la ciutat. SANT JOAN: Festa molt carregada de simbolisme als territoris de parla catalana i que es produeix cada 23 de Juny, amb la prèvia arribada de la Flama del Canigó i uns posteriors Focs artificials, correfocs, etc. ANÒLIA. FESTIVAL DE MÚSICA: Festival pensat pels que tenen més ganes de marxa, en aquest hi actuen tant grups emergents com consolidats de l'escena musical catalana. La majoria de concerts solen ser gratuits i es distribueixen al llarg de dues setmanes del mes de Juliol, amb un primer concert que en dona el tret de sortida i que coincideix amb l'acte més espectacular de l'European Ballon Festival.
