Hi! I'm Swedish artist and this is my second home. A studio, with a small balcony, for 1-2 adults. It's in the heart of the beautiful Old Town, near shops, restaurants etc. 10-15 min. walk to train and beach. The house has elevator, strong WiFi and a shared roof terrace. Heads up: 1. Don't leave the key on the inside of the door - cost: 100 euro to hire a smith, and I need to charge you for that. 2. Check -in time is between 12-19pm. I'm happy if you respect that. Very welcome!
