The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

“Casa di Giuilia” is an indipendent villa set among olive trees, dating to the beginning of the 19thcentury. It is part of an estate which was very extended in the past. You will be fascinated by thetranquillity of the place and by the wonderful view on the sea and on the Eolian Islands.You can admire a breathtaking landscape from the house's terraces . The fully restored apartment is located in the historical center of Palermo, surrounded by the major museums and theaters of the city. The entrance leads to the living room connected to the fully equipped kitchen-living room. Both rooms overlook the large terrace with pool. The apartment continues with 3 double bedrooms with a.c. and 2 bathrooms.

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

“Tutto in una stanza” is a cozy rustic retreat, surrounded by the greenery of Romitello Hill and offering breathtaking views of Castellammare del Golfo. It is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday, far from city noise, where you can enjoy a serene and rejuvenating atmosphere. Thanks to its strategic location, the main tourist destinations in the provinces of Palermo and Trapani are easily reachable, between sea and culture. 🚗 Car rental is recommended.

The Lemon Garden

The house is located within an estate planted with olive trees and citrus groves, ideal for those who want to be in touch with nature without giving up the conveniences of a town. On the approximately 10-hectare estate, there are two Corso dogs accustomed to roaming and interacting with guests. If you're not comfortable with dogs, this is not the accommodation for you. The pool is shared with my family and will be accessible starting in May.

La casa si trova a pochi chilometro da Cefalù, vicino al piccolo borgo di S. Ambrogio. Immersa nella natura, tra alberi di ulivo, a ridosso del Parco delle Madonie, la vista della rocca di Cefalù e delle isole dell'arcipelago delle Eolie, vi incanterà ad ogni ora del giorno col cambiare dei colori, passando dal'azzurro chiaro del mattino al rosso fuoco del tramonto al blù stellato della notte.
