The stay was very pleasant, we were greeted by Martina who gave us all the necessary information and remained available. The apartment, spacious and bright, is completely renovated and equipped in a modern-functional style, is equipped with all the necessary furnishings and towels and is very welcoming for four people. It also has two large balconies, one to the east overlooking the archaeological park and the new trapezoidal pier, an attraction with its premises, and the other to the west overlooking the city center, which are a notable plus. The center is easily accessible on foot, some difficulty in parking the car. In conclusion, a very positive stay in a modern and very well-kept structure.

Very nice place to stay, incredible hospitality, within walking distance of a beautiful beach (not crowded). Perfect place to discover Palermo and its surroundings.

An absolute gem of an apartment! The love and care with which the property has been restored and furnished is evident from the minute you step through the door. There were some very special touches as well, from the board games, to the little album of Marta's own photography, as well as her personal welcome. Every detail made this the perfect place to spend the last few days of our Sicilian holiday. The apartment is in a super location for exploring the sights, sounds and tastes of this vibrant city. But even before you head out into the city make sure you take in the atmosphere from the apartment balconies. Book here if you can and enjoy every moment.

Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views. My husband and I stayed 10 nights in Giuseppe’s apartment(end of May 2025). Self check-in was very well taken care of, including pictures of the lane, entrance etc. The apartment was sparkling clean, well equipped, and very well appointed. Pictures are completely accurate(apartment was actually bigger than we expected!). We slept well in the comfortable beds, and loved sitting out on the terrace. The neighborhood is lovely, and within a short walk to all the sights, including a 12 minute walk to the train station. Communication with Giuseppe was immediate, and he was always very polite and easy. Giuseppe’s apartment is the nicest we have stayed in so far, and I would absolutely stay here again, and not hesitate to recommend his place. Thankyou for an amazing stay in Palermo.

WOW, WOW, WOW, simply amazing! We loved everything about this stunning, modern, large and bright apartment in the old center of Palermo. It is a gem perfectly located a 5 minute walk from the cathedral and the hustle and bustle of the city, yet in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Walter met us on arrival and provided helpful information on the town, restaurants/bars and transportation. He also kindly offered us a bottle of wine, which we enjoyed on the balcony with stunning views of the cathedral and town. The place is pristine and has EVERYTHING one can possibly need for a comfortable stay, even slippers and a hair straightener! The kitchen has all the basics and the added plus of a Nespresso machine with plenty of capsules. Walter place is the place, you don’t need to look any further!!

This place was a work of art! highly recommend for anyone looking for an escape, remote work or explore Sicily! The neighborhood was friendly with everything very close by and Loredana was a gracious and responsive host! Grazie mille!

Location, location, location. This apartment is an oasis in the midst of all the main attractions of Palermo. Everything is an easy walk away and yet on the balcony it is peaceful with pretty rooftop views. Situated next to a Mosque, there is a brief Adhan at 10 pm, but we only heard it when we were outside. The living areas in the apartment are spacious and comfortable, where we could relax together. This was a great spot for exploring Palermo, and Luigi's recommendations were fantastic.

This place was more than perfect for us! There were three of us with 3 motorcycles and we were able to park them right in front of the door. Not even 5 minutes to Via Roma, where all the restaurants, shopping, …. are located. Great starting point to get to know the whole old town of Palermo. In the accommodation: everything you need, second toilet is worth gold! Washing machine….. Peppe is extremely helpful and very quick in his communication with us. Definitely recommended!! If one of us comes back to Palermo, Peppe will be the first to be contacted for accommodation!!

Loved it ! Very cute. Very responsive, leopoldo came to meet me on arrival. They were flexible with my leaving time as I had a work call. Loved the flat! Absolutely perfect location next to everything which was great as I don’t drive. Would absolutely stay again!

Guiseppe was a great host! Even during important private events he was still always so helpful!

Annalisa and Stefano were excellent hosts. They communicated with us quickly and clearly, and gave us many recommendations for activities and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, very charming, and located within walking distance of the city center, with the train and bus stations just a few minutes away. The accommodation was clean and tidy. The bed was excellent and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay in Palermo. The flat had everything we needed and was very clean. Angelo was a fantastic host, gave us so much advice on where to go in the city and was very attentive during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Very spacious for 6 adults! It was so nice to be able to spread out a bit. A/C in the bedrooms was appreciated. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Beautiful view from the balconies. Restaurants, basic groceries, and paid parking are within 2 blocks. 10 minute walk to old town sights, markets, hundreds of restaurants. A wonderful choice!

We had the magical family holiday in Sicily staying at Fabrizio and Maria's apartment. The location was perfect for us to relax by the pool or down by the beach, and for us to make excursions to Palermo and Cefalu' on the north coast, to Scopello and Trapani in the west, and to Agrigento in the south. We had a hire car, which was necessary, but there was also a train station with free parking very nearby for our visit to Palermo. All our daytrips were guided by fantastic personalised advice from Fabrizio and Maria. They helped us plan everything.. where to go and what to see. We also benefitted from their expert knowledge of the best local restaurants to eat the most delicious Sicilian food, and even enjoy fresh figs from Maria's fig tree! Fabrizio and Maria really looked after us and ensured we had the most amazing possible experience of Sicily. We are looking forward to welcoming Fabrizio and Maria to visit London one day so we can repay their incredible hospitality.

We stayed at Lampeduso for 3 nights and it definitely wasn’t long enough. It’s such a great Airbnb in a perfect location. Palermo is such an interesting city, with its mix of cultures and all its gritty charm. The palace was perfect. It rained for two of the days we were there, but because the villa was so fantastic, the weather didn’t affect us at all. The place is huge, with great amenities that made a big difference—washer and dryer for our soaked clothes, umbrellas ready to go, and plenty of space to enjoy a good card game. When the sun did come out, we spent early evenings on the patio next to the pool. Honestly, the villa alone makes us want to return to Palermo.

Very calm & beautiful place, great pool, very private with beautiful view on the mountains ! We enjoyed our time in Cinisi a lot. Mara was very friendly and quick in her reactions.

don’t even know where to start! just a perfect place in Mondello, pristine clean, freshly renovated, fresh pastries every morning, incredible sea view, infinite swimming pool, steam room, super comfortable bed, welcome drinks, free parking and obviously the most hospitable and loving hosts ever!!! Angelo’s wife even did my laundry on the request, just truly splendid in every detail felt like home and definitely will come back thank you beautiful Barbarella and Angelo for this time
