Comfortable and elegant loft, located on the first floor of a building of 800 completely renovated, in the heart of Palermo. The house consists of two rooms (bedroom and living room), transformed into a single room, equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Two balconies, one overlooking the main course and the other on the inside of the building. Within walking distance of all the main points of interest, free street parking and all around there are pubs, restaurants, bars, supermarkets.

A spacious terrace is adorned with potted plants and a gentle breeze. A comfortable lounge chair is positioned beside a coffee table, displaying glassware and fruit. The backdrop features historic stone architecture and a fortified wall, creating a quiet retreat above the bustling city.

Super centrally-located apartment at the top of a palazzo in the heart of Kalsa, the trendiest neighbourhood in Palermo historic centre. If you manage to make it up the 4th floor of steep stairs (no lift), it will be worth it! The flat has been completely renovated by me, Roman architect who after 10 years of practice in London has decided to move to Palermo and open a studio here. The flat has 2 beautiful terraces, 1 bedroom 1 large kitchen living room, a study and 1 bathroom.
