A rustic queen of a mansion where you will feel like kings and queens. The place has an authentic charm with lovely details and we have chosen to keep the slightly worn glamorous patina. Sparkling clean, new electric facility and high quality mattresses and bedding. The home does not have a kitchen, but there is a coffee-maker and kettle. Nicely decorated and furnished. 2 rooms as well as a spacious bathroom. The apartment also has a private porch and guests can use two roof terraces.

It was great! 🌟 Is located near a beautiful beach. You can see from the balcony the sea, and Mount Pellegrino. Keep in mind that there is a road between you and the sea and at some points it might get a bit noisy. The apartment looked just like in photos. The guest is frendly and you have easy acces.

I wish I could give 10 ⭐️! Lory was exceptional! She picked us up at the bus stop in Palermo and brought us to the house. She lives in another unit so she was always available for questions and just to say hello. The home was perfect for us and our little dog. Lory gave us recommendations for shopping and restaurants. I wanted to buy special Sicilian pasta to bring home and Lory actually went out and bought it for me. She obviously takes pride in her work and home. We would stay there again when we come to Mondello. I highly recommend this home and location. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Absolutely loved our stay! Apartment is perfect, really clean and the view from the balcony is amazing. Easy to access and close to small shops for food etc. Train station is close and easy to get the train everywhere! Giorgio was absolutely fantastic, helped us with everything, went above and beyond and really made us feel at home, replied to messages super quick. We will definitely be back!

We spent my husband's birthday and the holidays in Fulvio's comfortable villa and enjoyed a wonderful time there. The house was very clean and spacious and the mentioned amenities were provided. There is a restaurant (Graffiti) within walking distance of the house, but for the other amenities, such as a supermarket and the like, I would still recommend a rental car. Highly recommended is Mondello beach, even in the winter period it is good to stay there. Palermo city is about 20 minutes by car from the villa and the airport about 25 minutes by car. There are several (historical) sights in the area, so you won't get bored. Fulvio himself is very helpful and responded very quickly when we had a question. We would definitely recommend this place and host.

We recommend highly Salvatore’s apartment for getaway vacation. It was raining during our stay so we didn’t walk to the local restaurants -Salvatore took us to large grocery store for supplies.We took taxi and Uber to get Palermo even though we had an auto. Salvatore greeted us ( waited for us because we got caught in a rain storm coming from the Valley of the Temples) He showed us the apartment and guided us on our plan to explore the area-This apartment is a great base to explore Palermo and the area this side of Sicily. We wished had more time in this area.Salvatore was a very respectable and responsive host.

We loved our stay in Mondello. The apartment was immaculate, the terrace and view amazing. Nicoletta and the entire crew very helpful and charming. Location was great. Close to restaurants, groceries, and just steps away from a bus going directly into Palermo. And (!) a couple of blocks in the other direction lands you on a beautiful trail in a nature preserve.
