Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Termini Imerese

Beautiful property. From the gardens and pool to the outdoor kitchen, it felt like your own private oasis. We wished we had more time and could have stayed another week.

Super close to the airport which was what we needed as we were watching an early flight. Salvatore was thoughtful, friendly, and helpful! Wonderful stay, would stay there again!

We had a great time at this villa. We made good use of the gym and sauna in the morning before heading for a swim. The place was great and the hosts were very welcoming. All instructions were clear, we had a good welcoming even at midnight. Very satisfied with the whole rental and experience. I highly recommend it.

My daughter and son in law stayed with Giuseppina. The apartment was fabulous for all our needs. Situated in the town centre. Great location. Clean and tidy and a lovely host.

Maria and Her Husband are wonderful people. Very friendly and helpful. It was a great pleasure to stay at them. Apartment is also great - looks even better then on the photos. We really enjoyed our breakfast at the terrace. Highly recommended! We liked Mondello very much. We think we will go back there - probably quite soon.

We absolutely loved our stay. The hosting is exceptional and the property itself is clean, modern and met all of our needs. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stayed much longer. The facilities are excellent. We enjoyed the hot tub and would have used the sauna and pool if we were able to stay for more nights. The stay was full of nice little extras. Everything is very well thought through. Finally, the nearby town Caccamo was lovely and felt very local and authentic rather than touristic which we found appealing. This Airbnb would make a great base to come back to after full days of sightseeing.

A great place for 1-2 nights

Antonio and Antonella were both excellent hosts! We booked last minute and only allowed a short time for them to prepare the house. The place was perfect and spotless when we arrived both hosts greeted us with warmth. The area is very safe and the surrounding neighbors are a beautiful representation of the heart of Sicily. We rented a car - SUV (mistake) to move around easily. Carnini has very very small streets - some our car would not fit down - so if you rent a car get a small one. While we didn't use the plunge pool during our stay it was a nice option. Be sure to go upstairs and check out thl views from the rooftop patio. I had a very small car accident while in Carini and if it were not for the help of Antonio and Antonella then I may of ended up paying a lot of money for an accident that was not my fault. Antonella even left work to come help communicate with the other driver because they spoke no English and was very hostile. I am so grateful for these beautiful souls

Marco was an amazing host, our flight was delayed and he was incredibly flexible with our check in time. He sent us plenty of local recommendations, and really clear instructions on how to find the house. The surroundings are beautiful, very peaceful and set amongst a beautiful landscape. Place was as described, and as shown in the pictures. The hot tub was a great addition! Marco was overall a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. Thank you Marco for a lovely stay our first time in Sicily!

After hours of research we are convinced this is one of the best properties to rent in Sicily and the best in Cefalù, modern, fresh, clean extremely private, insane views, extreme friendly and helpful hosts, after staying longer it was not possible to find a home which matches with this one. Amazing stay, anytime we visit Sicily we will be sure to rent this place again.

Lovely villa with stupendous grounds and gardens. Many artistic, historical and family artifacts made this stay a cultural adventure. We had two cars and enjoyed the leaving the cars there and being able to train into Palermo, avoiding driving into the big city with traffic and ZTL issues. Geri was an absolute joy and one of the nicest, most generous hosts I’ve ever met. We had a wonderful time here!

Amazing stay in this beautiful property in the most stunning location. Hot tub water was cloudy on arrival, due to previous guests leaving uncovered during recent rainfall but this resolved as the days went on and didn’t stop us using it. Test of property was exactly as the listing and perfect in all ways. We will recommend to friends and family and return for sure.

Very new and nice place. Can fit a lot of people and has a pretty pool and views. We came with 5 people and had lots of space. Great patios and balconies overlooking views and nice seating throughout the house. Easy to get in and out with keys and a nice pizza place just opened up a 2 minute walk from the house. Would recommend staying here. The host also helped find pizza delivery, and a taxi for us when needed.

I can highly recommend Villa Felice! Mariella gave us a very warm welcome. We were able to enjoy fruit from the garden, which was beautifully maintained. The view is great and the house was clean with a well-equipped kitchen. A highlight was certainly the jacuzzi and the pool with sea view! The villa is well located for excursions by car. Osvaldo's property is a slice of paradise. There's so much to do, and everything is so perfectly kept. You can tell he takes pride in his property. Osvaldo was an amazing host, responsive, friendly, proactive, and made sure we had a special vacation.

Giuseppe was the best host I have ever come into contact with on AirBnb not only was he responsive he was incredibly helpful - helping me and my partner get a rental car, driving us to the rental, sorting out a lift back to the train station after dropping off the rental. Additionally he gives great recommendations that truly shows his care for his customers, the recommendations always came with instructions how to get there which we truly appreciated. The place itself was stunning, it was a lovely private house with a gorgeous outside area filled with plants and flowers. The glass room was my favourite room of the house. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen came with all the amenities you could possibly want. The shower was modern and clean. 10/10 house. And only a 10 minute walk to the shop! Giuseppe made our entire trip worth it, and we are so appreciative of his hospitality.
