Very very nice and individually furnished tasteful apartment, very very charming terrace overlooking the fruit garden and over the whole bay, we got a bottle of red wine to welcome us and were allowed to use oranges, lemons from the garden that were really delicious!! In Santa Flavia, which is also within walking distance, there are small original grocery stores and everything you need. There is also a train connection to Palermo during the day. Filippo picked us up in the village and dropped us off at the property. Very friendly, many helpful tips about Palermo and surroundings, he also sent us further information via WA on our demand for a good term. -- Highly recommended accommodation! We felt very comfortable!

We stayed with 6 people in the beautiful house of Paolo. It has ample space for everyone. The garden is spacious and beautifully designed. The kitchen is missing a few small things. The contact was always very friendly, our requests and small concerns were always fulfilled quickly. We booked the first time through Abnb. Thank you so much for the wonderful time

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

We recommend highly Salvatore’s apartment for getaway vacation. It was raining during our stay so we didn’t walk to the local restaurants -Salvatore took us to large grocery store for supplies.We took taxi and Uber to get Palermo even though we had an auto. Salvatore greeted us ( waited for us because we got caught in a rain storm coming from the Valley of the Temples) He showed us the apartment and guided us on our plan to explore the area-This apartment is a great base to explore Palermo and the area this side of Sicily. We wished had more time in this area.Salvatore was a very respectable and responsive host.

If you’re looking for a modern home, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a mansion by the sea with classic old Italian style and an unbeatable location, this is the place for you. Giovanni even hooked us up with a private chef to come to the house for one night of our trip. There’s a coffee shop, restaurant and pharmacy all within a block. This house is perfect for a large group and Giovanni has excellent communication. Thanks for hosting us Giovanni! We had a wonderful time!

Lovely host, great place to stay and explore Palermo.

I recommended this place if you travel by car. Away from the hustle abd bustle of the city. The Sea is very close. Nearby nice cafes and restaurants. The only minus - pretty bad internet. Great, responsiv host. 🤗

We had a very fun time

The apartment was excellent! Very good location, close to everything, we had a great time! Extremely comfortable bed, good equipped kitchen.. the host was even kind enough to rise the temperature in the apartment after asking. The only thing I would add is shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. The walls of the apartments on the floor are really thin, you can hear the conversation from the apartments next door. We didn’t mind because we didn’t spend much time inside. But it is good to know if someone is a light sleeper. Would definitely recommend!

A great place to stay for a city break. Very walkable to the city centre and attractions. Parking instructions were clear and street parking was available (it’s not an easy place to drive). The balcony was sunny and a good size to sit out and relax. The flag was as described, the shower a bit small bit all very clean. Thank you for the stay and great recommendations!

The apartment is very well located for exploring Palermo on foot. (You have to be good on your feet, even to get up the steep stairs to the apartment!) The apartment is cozy, and the terrace is quite wonderful! Communication with Viviana is particularly good, she really answers immediately and the list of restaurants was great! we would definitely come back!

Claudio’s apartment was perfect! Clean, tidy, and incredibly homely — it was exactly what we needed after long days exploring the historic heart of Palermo. The location was ideal, and the apartment felt cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Palermo. A real gem!

We loved staying at Isabella’s place. We could see the sea from the large balcony and, although the inside area is small, it has all you need. We were made very welcome and shown round the area by Marco who also collected us from the station. We were given great recommendations about restaurants, the local festival and places to visit. We enjoyed the local bottle of wine left for us. Questions were always answered straight away. Portocello and the attached villages are unspoilt. This isn’t a big tourist centre. There is easy access to Palermo and Cefalu by train. Thank you for a great few days.

We were very pleased and would come back any time. Alda was very helpful with small problems and easily accessible, and she also gave us some recommendations for restaurants, etc. at check-in. We tested some of them and loved them! Everything super clean and tidy, very quiet and also everything you could ever need was available in terms of basic equipment. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was not 100% stable at all times, but it didn't bother us much.☀️ Thanks!

Had a lovely stay in Capaci! Michaela and Dario were super helpful hosts. The place is large, two separate bedrooms and a large, comfy couch. Kitchen is very well stocked. Fantastic sunset views from the balcony. The beach is near, so is the train which makes it super convenient. We rented a car to explore other parts of the island, the parking spot came in handy. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

The place is just as described. Located just by the Ballarò market with walking distance to the whole city centre and sights as well as the train station. Lovely apartment with a spacious terrace. The host is very easy to communicate with and helpful. I highly recommend it (to anyone who is not afraid to climb some stairs)!

Wow what a great space . Nice Terrace . The art work is specatucalt . Luigi grettign us with his little baby (dog) was everything . So sweet and we felt right at home . Tere is a parkling lot that comes wiht the space which is uper imprtant in that area ! He ended placing us in a lot because the street closed down , but it was all seamless and well done ! thank you for the beautful bottle f wine and your beautful home ! Location is extremly close to all teh amazing resruatns in Palermo Center . And close to the extensive walking market where you can spend days on end .

We enjoyed our stay very much. Valentina is an excellent host, always very quick to respond and very helpful letting us into the apartment well before the check in time. The neighborhood is very nice, not as busy as the touristic center but still in the heart of the city. Please be aware that the free parking is not on location but a few blocks away. Not a problem at all once Valentina sent us the location. We can highly recommend the apartment and it’s great host.

Very well located. You pretty much don’t need much else. All the unique shops and restaurant/cafes like Bar Vabres, Bar Italico, Dal Barone etc everything within 5-10 min. 👌
