We stayed in a beautiful villa located in a larger complex, a short walk from the sea. The pool was a real treat, perfect for relaxing. The environment was very pleasant, with the possibility of using the barbecue for great grills. The staff was very kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was a great experience and we are fully satisfied with our vacation.

Alessandro's accommodation is ideally located in the city center, perfect if you do not have a car. Easy access to all public transportation. The elevator is a nice touch as well as the pharmacy just downstairs open until 10 p.m. and the tourist office a 5-min walk away. The neighborhood is well attended. Alessandro is there for your arrival and answers any of your questions. If I ever come back to Palermo, I'll take this place back without hesitation👍.

I was in the flat for one month The place is really outstanding, close the the center, it's 2 min. Via Roma is of course a loud street, but I don't mind the noise. The flat itself is great, beautiful and fully equipped. I like the kitchen especially. The view from the window is beautiful. Mary is a nice and helpful host, that did everything for me to feel comfortable. Strongly recommend.

Erasmo's apartment is very modern and completely newly renovated and furnished. It has beautiful furniture: comfortable sofa and beds, large dining table, chests of drawers, etc. The kitchen is relatively small but also very nice and very usable with a dishwasher, oven and large fridge! There are 3 balconies, great for drying laundry, but almost too small for eating. For a morning coffee with great sea and mountain views but very nice. We felt very comfortable, also because Erasmo was very nice in communication!

excellent experience in a villa about 100 meters from the sea. Accommodation equipped with every comfort with two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a habitable terrace. Perfect relationship with the host: a nice, friendly and helpful person. Only tip: improve the wifi because the signal was not the best. For the rest, excellent value for money and definitely a place I would return to.

Rosaria is very kind (she welcomed us with an Easter dove). The accommodation is in a very convenient location both for walking downtown and for the port. I absolutely recommend it.

Our family of four had a wonderful week at Marco’s place! All I can do is reiterate the previous positive reviews. All communication prior to and during the stay were excellent. The parents a delight, his Mum with her little gifts and his Dad always there to help light the barbecue, he even cleaned it out so it was ready for the next day….above and beyond! The place was spotlessly clean and although basically furnished had everything you needed for your stay. One nice touch is all the basics were already in, meaning you don’t have to do an expensive shop on day one. In the same way you have no problem leaving unused stuff behind, knowing that the next guests will hopefully enjoy them. We had many pleasant hours sat by the pool, or on the terrace, eating our meals with a cool breeze enjoying the sea view. Yes there is road noise, but to be perfectly honest, if there wasn’t you would probably be paying another €1,000 a week to stay here! Thank you Marco and family for a great stay

We had a wonderful week here. The hosts were very welcoming. We had a couple of minor issues at the start which were resolved immediately. Emanuele is a very attentive host. The house, garden and pool provide a wonderful space to relax and unwind. Going in April, the pool was pretty cold but the kids got on with it and the parents treated it as an invigorating refresher! With Cefalu just down the road, the mountains behind, and Palermo an easy day trip, there’s plenty to do if you want to.

Very nice stay! Supermarket and busstop nearby. Michele was very friendly and easy to communicate! We recommend the accomodation!

We had a great week at Giovanni's place. The apartment was exactly as described and the location really top. very centrally located and everything you need such as supermarket, cafes, markets is within walking distance. At night it's a bit noisy from the street, but didn't bother us.

This is an amazing property in a very nicely restored old building - the inside is very uniquely decorated with custom lights, wall art, furniture and even floor art with a hand painted entryway. There is a courtyard that is only for the use of the apartment, a full washer and separate dryer - both of which worked really well, and the kitchen is wonderful - with lots of seating for eating and talking. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, so very private from each other - which is ideal for two couples or a family with teenagers that need some space from their parents! We were very happy that we chose this apartment and would not hesitate to stay again.

Silvio is a great host and was open to all questions and always available. The location of the apartment is unique. The kitchen is small but sufficient. By public transport it is easy to reach the somewhat more distant sights or the beach. Palermo is definitely worth a trip.

We loved staying at this beautiful apartment. Wonderful sea view and such a peaceful beautiful place. Massimo and Luisa made us feel at home and recommended some great places to go. We loved Massimo’s paintings too!

The place is beautiful, the view from the kitchen and from the terrace is even more beautiful in real life than in the photo. There is all that you need and everything is very clean. We were there in October and it was easy to bear, but I can imagine it gets hot in the summer, as only one bedroom has air conditioning. The surroundings are beautiful, the Caletta Sant'Elia is within walking distance, as is some supermarkets and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and would come back anytime.

Very comfortable and quiet apartment. Equipped with everything we needed. Plus, there's private parking under the house, proximity to the city's attractions, and a beautiful view of the mountains. We'll definitely want to come back someday:)
