Vacation rentals with a kayak in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

Place was great just what we were looking for with a family get away. House is very spacious and well equipped, appreciate the beach chairs and use of bicycles. We would definitely come back, thank you.

We had a great stay! Location is amazing and bikes were a nice touch! Our only issue was for the price we paid it would be nice to include more essentials - toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We ran out of toilet paper during a 5 night stay and it felt weird to have to go buy toilet paper after spending several thousand dollars for a house. The beds and towels could also be upgraded given the cost to rent but that is probably nit-picky. All in all the house was very clean, great location, etc. Would book again!

The house was perfect and the location was ideal within a short walk to both the beach and one of the community pools. Our family has been to Carillon multiple times and this was our favorite home.

Bonnie’s house was perfection! It’s a beautiful and well kept/super clean home with an amazing dock and view. We had a blast and would love to come back soon!! My husband also had good luck fishing the bay which is always a plus!

Cute house, comfortable with all the amenities needed. Very responsive host. Great location if you want to be near the beach. No complaints, my family enjoyed our stay. If wanted to improve would be helpful to add some more basic kitchen supplies such as cooking oil, sugar varieties, and a scrubby for washing the pots.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The house was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and with a stunning view of the lake. We spent hours enjoying the excellent fishing right from the property. The golf cart was a game-changer and made getting around the area super easy and fun. We truly loved the entire property. We made full use of the pools, the gym, and even grabbed bites and coffee from both the bayside and beachside cafés. Everything was convenient, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. Our host, Shelena, was extremely helpful and very responsive throughout our stay. This is by far our favorite vacation spot, and we will definitely be back next year!

Joe was an incredible host and very responsive. We loved the home, the location, and especially it being pet friendly with a fenced in back yard! Our pups had just as great of a getaway as we did. We will be back! 5 stars!

This is our second time staying with them. One of our favorite thing's to do is to see shell island that is a 15 min ride. You will not find another peaceful, lovely getaway for the price. The owners are there 24/7 if you should need them. They are amazing people who do the best they can to insure your stay is the perfect. The pier fishing is set up for everything you need to catch and cook your fish. Their son Jack has a nice fishing boat he now does fishing charters. Walking from your Airbnb to your pier to kickstart a day of catching fish is just another added bonus when staying there. The condo has everything you need and very clean. The only thing missing is you. If you need to get away to regroup, just the silence and the sound of the oceans waves alone will help out tremendously. Can’t wait to go back to Kathryn and Ron’s property. Was such an amazing weekend, they are an amazing persons and very gentle with us. The food was delicious and made by Kathryn, I loved the boat ride with Ron; husband and I were amazed by the Choctawhatchee river. For sure we will be back!

Nice place to stay with family and friends…. We was in 4 adults and 3 kids, and it was perfect, the fact of just have one bath may take us little tight, but the rest of house was really spacious…. Great outside space, to parking and/or play with kids. view of Sea from the house is spectacular. We could stay for a lot off days, the house is very comfy and welcoming…… They also have one side gate that work well to come in with boat/jetski or trailer……If I could describe this property in one word it would be: AMAZING.

Such a quiet, quaint, and unique place to stay out of the hustle bustle of the touristy areas, but extremely close to amazing beaches and beach towns to explore. There are 3 excellent restaurants about 10 mins from the bnb right on the bay and many others about 20 mins away. I loved hearing the wildlife at night and in the morning with the bnb being so secluded. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to rest and reset but with the option of many great things to do and see nearby.

Loved the place! It was peaceful and quiet literally across the street from the beautiful Bay. Was very homey, able to cook, wash clothes, had smart tv, and internet and all the appliances you would have at home. Marianne is very responsive and was always available. Even saw the neighbors gorgeous peacock 🦚 Cool little spot!

Probably one the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in in Florida! Visited our daughter and son in law and our 3 month old grandson that live nearby. We came from Clearwater. Spotless, clean and inviting! Loved the porch and spent a lot of time in the rockers and swing in morning and evening enjoying the birds on the feeder and wind chime 🎶🎶. Nice big bedrooms and master bath. Very close to restaurants (Uncle Ernie’s is always great) Copper Tap Grill is good. PCB is about 15 minutes away or less. Schooner restaurant there is on beach and really good. Great location and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us, Barbara! Was nice talking with you too.

Cozy, private, and breathtaking views! A great place to unplug and enjoy what you love in a familiar environment. Sean and Jolene have a beautiful home with everything you could need during your stay. This is a little piece of quiet paradise away from advertised paradise hotspots- all within driving distance. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful experience! The cottage was exactly as described—thoughtfully designed by Mark with great attention to detail. Rita made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They also have three adorable dogs who quickly became friends with ours and played together. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
