Great location and perfect for our family! Very clean and looked just as described in photos. Walking distance to great ice cream!! The only thing is you have to get to the beach early to set up your spot before the Beach Bouncer puts out all the private beach signs!! Each day seemed to get smaller for the public beach! Other than that it was a great house for the beach getaway celebration my family enjoyed it and we would consider going back for sure!!

We had such a relaxing weekend—just what we all needed! The home is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly situated by the bay. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful when I thought we had an issue (which turned out to be user error!). Everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a lovely setting! We will be back!

My family and I had a great stay here over July 4th weekend. The house is super comfortable and spacious for a large group while also providing nice privacy across the different floors. The location is perfect, walking distance to a nice pool/beautiful beach and a short drive to all the nearby beach towns. Would love to stay here again someday!

Beautiful and well kept property. The golf cart was very convenient. The private beach was amazing. We didn’t use the pools but they look very clean and well maintained. This property is inside a gated community and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had an incredibly time.

This Home was Amazing!!!! Very Very Nice the home had EVERYTHING you needed. Would stay here again. Only thing is I wouldn’t pay for heated pool. We paid $40 a day and the pool didn’t feel heated at all so I loss $160 on top of the thousands I spent. But everything else was Great!

This Airbnb was such an awesome place to stay at! The rooms were so nice, comfy, & clean. They had everything you needed in the kitchen & fun games in the living room. The murals on the wall were absolutely gorgeous & added a unique touch to the place. I would definitely recommend this place!

Amazing stay! Back yard is an absolute oasis, and inside is equally as beautiful. Already wanting to plan our next trip back here!

We rented Valentina's beach house to avoid Hurricane Milton. We had a great time and would stay there again. The host was incredible helpful and understanding of our situation. She made a difficult situation much easier.

This house was great for our family of 6. Great location (our son could fish right off the back deck!). SUPER easy walk to the beach. The private beach was great over spring break. Attendants at the beach were very nice and instructions from Johnny to get in touch with them were great. House was clean and well laid out. We'd definitely recommend this to other folks and would certainly return again. Great experience!

We loved staying at this beach house. It's beautiful and in a great location to a lot of the shops and restaurants we love. The beach was so close too! Highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed our first trip to Destin and our stay at Ali’s property. She was communicative prior to our stay and throughout. We were happy with the beach toys, towels, and chairs! Thank you Ali! Looking forward to returning!

We absolutely loved sunset dreams!! It’s small but the perfect size at the same time. Great location and walkable to so many things! Super cute inside as well and the dogs LOVED the yard. This place can’t be beat for the price. On the way home now and trying to hold back tears from how much I loved this place and the vacation.

We felt right at home the moment we arrived! The property is perfect for families and in a great location—just a 9-minute walk to the beach and close to a cute bar and charming souvenir shops. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The kitchen was a highlight—beautiful and so enjoyable to cook in. We made everything from burgers to pasta, and it was a breeze! The living room was super cozy and perfect for relaxing movie nights after a day at the beach. Kelsy was an incredible host—responsive, thoughtful, and full of great recommendations. I really appreciate clear communication and attention to detail, and she absolutely delivered. Our whole family loved it and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

We enjoyed our stay this weekend! It was the perfect, quiet neighborhood for a family beach trip with our 5 month old. We were able to easily walk to the beach and enjoyed having the private pool. Everything was clean, organized, and well stocked!

We had a great stay at Todd’s house. The kids enjoyed the decorations, bunk beds, and loved the pool. The heater on the pool was nice to have! The beach was a 3 minute walk. Appreciate that they were very responsive when we had any questions.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful - the home was stunning and better than the pictures (if you can believe it)! The location was perfect proximity to both the beaches and all the area has to offer. The communication and instructions could not have been better - we are hopeful to return for many spring breaks to come!

Very responsive and helpful team, and well organized kitchen. Right by beach access. Very quiet but close to everything. All doors that are accessible to the pool have an alarm (which is wonderful with children). Press button before opening the door to pool or a very loud alarm goes off. Great rental for those that want to be close by to everything but not in it!

This house was beautiful and in a great location! The host was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions I had!

When we arrived we did not have internet or cable tv and the upstairs floors were not swept well. Dolly and Abby were very responsive and tried their hardest to get the situation fixed as quickly as possible. The cleaners were out the next day swept and re-mopped the floors. The internet and cable were fixed Monday morning. Dolly and Abby communicated with me through out our stay. The house was comfortable and had plenty of room for our family. Even the kids got to spread out. We had a great vacation and would recommend Summer Serenity to others.
