Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

Room was great. Great view and only couple minutes to walk to Pier Park. Has everything you need. Well differently stay again.

We had a PHENOMENAL stay in the Pelicans Nest. Endless amenities, beautiful place, super cold AC and lots of peace and quiet! Already planning our next stay at one of Chucks many properties! Can’t recommend enough!! 10/10. Thank you Chuck for allowing us to enjoy your property and providing the best service and the cleanest place to stay!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here! Everything was exactly as described/pictured and honestly may have even been prettier in person. Zach was communicative throughout the whole stay and although we didn’t need anything during our stay, there’s no doubt it would have been taken care of efficiently if we had. Thank you for being a great host and providing such a great place to stay for our family vacation!

This place truly is amazing. The community the property is surrounded by is outstanding, the beach was amazing, and the unit itself was everything a family could ask for. It was spotless, extremely well stocked, easy access to the beach, and very close to all the major attractions and things to do in Panama City. We really couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend this stay!

We had a great experience! Very clean, beautifully decorated and the ocean view was GORGEOUS! Nina responded very quickly to any questions we had upon arrival and throughout our stay. Everything was very well organized and taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!! ❤️

The condo was clean, updated had everything you could need to feel right at home & it is close to everything we wanted to do we loved that the resort has a movie theater, which we did take advantage of we ate at the café numerous times the only downside was the elevator wait which Keith did warn us about up front Keith was a great host we definitely recommend staying here

We so enjoyed the beach home. We were right on the beach and next to the pool. It was quiet at night. We enjoyed meeting the other families there. It was a nice family spot. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Everything was perfect for my family of 11! The space was more than enough for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed. Each of us had room to spread out, yet there were also cozy areas for us to gather and enjoy quality time together. The home was clean, well-stocked, and beautifully maintained — just like the pictures, if not better. It truly felt like a home away from home. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and the peaceful atmosphere. This stay made our family trip extra special, and we would definitely book again!

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect space for us. The location is just a few blocks to the beach, the golf cart was great and parking for the cart right at the beach access location, get the golf cart. Very quiet part of the beach, no crowds, high rises, or traffic. The beach was not crowded. I was shocked how well stocked the house was, Zachary literally thought of everything guests would possibly need and then some. Beach gear included was an additional plus. Communication with Zachary was quick and easy. We did not need to reach out during our stay as everything was perfect. Highly recommend this beautiful home and its wonderful host Zachary. Gem of a place if you're looking for beachfront, with an amazing view as soon as you walk through the front door! Amenities were great, and host was extremely responsive. Truly, if it's private beach access, serenity and a stunning ocean view you're looking for, this is the place.

We loved this place! The house is beautiful and exactly like the photos. The pool was fantastic and the backyard is so private. The house has plenty of towels, dishes and cookware. Each room has ceiling fans and extra fans if you needed. Plenty of seating for the whole family. We loved this side of PC too. So quiet and nothing but families. The walk to the beach is very quick and not crowded at all. I also really liked that they have things in the shed we could use too, like extra chairs and a wagon. Publix, Aldi and CVS are all just a 5 minute drive away. 10/10 - definitely a place we’d stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in Panama City Beach! The home was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The ocean view was absolutely perfect waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying coffee with that view was a highlight of our trip. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach getaway!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! Even though we booked last minute, Elizabeth was incredibly accommodating and responsive, answering all of our questions right away. The early check-in was a huge bonus, and the process was so smooth it allowed us to fully enjoy our short stay without any hassle. I had read a lot about potential elevator issues, but to our surprise, there were minimal wait times and we had no trouble coming or going. The condo looked exactly as described, and the view was absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway.

This condo is in a perfect spot! A private penthouse perch for witnessing the most spectacular sunsets. Stunning views, indeed!

Hands down, an amazing place and area to stay. The location is just minutes from 30A, on the quiet side of Inlet Beach. The host thought of everything between providing guests with beach chairs, cooler, towels, kids toys.. you name it! I will certainly be back. Thanks for having me!☀️

We had the most amazing time at this condo — it was truly the perfect couple’s getaway! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the space itself was cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained. You can tell a lot of care has gone into making it feel like a true escape. Alex was incredible to work with. From the moment we booked, he made everything so easy and stress-free. Clear communication, thoughtful touches, and such a welcoming vibe — it honestly felt like we were staying at a friend’s place. We loved every moment of our stay and already can’t wait to come back. The blue palm was the perfect spot for our little family of four. 1 minute walk to the beach which was perfect with small kids. We almost always had the pool to ourselves and the beach was never overcrowded. Morgan was wonderful at answering all my questions and the condo was perfectly stocked with everything you would need. We would 100% stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. It was near a lot of fun activities but still private as well. We enjoyed the chair service everyday and thought this beach area was the most beautiful (we,ve stayed all over this Florida coast). We will definitely come back!

We loved the beach access this home provided for our stay. Nice patio that was perfect for our family of four and our dog to enjoy the ocean and sunsets. The beach is not dog friendly but we were able to take him on walks around the neighborhood across the street. Each bedroom having access to its own bathroom was a huge plus and we loved hanging out in the family room together watching movies in the evenings. The kitchen had enough supplies for the cooking we did. We would definitely stay here again.
