Condo vacation rentals in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

Hands down, an amazing place and area to stay. The location is just minutes from 30A, on the quiet side of Inlet Beach. The host thought of everything between providing guests with beach chairs, cooler, towels, kids toys.. you name it! I will certainly be back. Thanks for having me!☀️

Martina’s place was the perfect spot for our annual girl’s trip! The location was very close to the pool, beach walkway. local restaurants and grocery store! I loved how she had a beach wagon for us to use! I’m going to have to purchase one now ☺️ The space was big enough for the 3 of us and was the perfect getaway. We will be back next year! A best friend and I decided to turn a day trip into an overnight stay last minute. Kevin was super responsive and made sure we were good to go! The room was extremely nice and clean! We will definitely be back!

Very clean and stocked with everything that we needed for a quick weekend getaway! 5 minute or less walk to the beach, pool, and pickleball courts and loved the local coffee shop and restaurants that were right where we were staying.

This was the first time our family visited Panama City, which is known as a “party” area. But Brian’s condo is on the peaceful, non-crowded side, right next to 30A, and I loved the location. The gated community, beach, and condo itself were all lovely and perfect for our small family. We did have a couple issues with water outages, which were inconveniences for us. But Brian was incredibly responsive and kept us updated the entire time. He even issued us a partial refund, which he did not have to do. Obviously, these issues were totally out of his control, and I don’t think they’re typical occurrences. Just bad timing for us. I do know that had we rented from one of the bigger property managers, we would’ve gotten little more than a “sorry for the inconvenience” (if that). But Brian was extremely responsive and caring through the whole ordeal. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and I’d encourage anyone to book with Brian!

Todd’s beach condo was exactly what we were looking for—a peaceful getaway with a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Waking up to the sound of waves and having coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise was a highlight of our trip. Todd was a responsive and thoughtful host, making check-in easy and ensuring we had everything we needed. The location is perfect—just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Unit 803 exceeded our expectations. On entering we were immediately wowed by the beautiful views. Everywhere was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. Check in and out was easy and communication was excellent. Although this rental is managed by a vacation rental company, Kristy/HostPBC, they were undoubtedly the best hosts we have had over all rental booking platforms we have previously used. Would definitely recommend staying in one of their units.

This is my second time here and each time I leave I’m always so grateful for this little cozy Airbnb! Top notch hosts who are always quick to respond. The airbnb has everything you need PLUS beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to make the walk to the beach a breeze which is SO kind of the hosts to have for their guests. Carillon is one of my favorite places to visit in FL. Everything you need is right there and a publix and aldi are only 2 minutes away. They have a spa at the resort and adorable shops and restaurants. We love lake powell pizza, the little beach cafe and salty bottle and brew. The beach walkover is only a 5 minute walk through the Carillon neighborhood and all of the pools are top notch. I love the cleanliness of Carillon and this airbnb. The lake view is beautiful from the balcony. The Airbnb is so clean and they give you everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. You won’t regret booking this one!! Top Notch. The lake view was beautifully tranquil. We really enjoyed watching the sea birds, blooming lily pads, and families fishing over morning coffee and evening meals. The development is beautiful and high end, making the walk to the beach interesting and lovely. The pools were gorgeous and never crowded, despite being there over a holiday week. Kitchen is very adequately equipped for simple meals. We had a great time!

So this trip was for my 19 yr old son and his friend for their Sr trip ... several spots wouldnt rent to us. Damion did ... I booked the place and everything was great ... the unit is right next to the pool and super close to everything else. I would recommend thos place to anyone!

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a quick little get away with the kids and pups!

We had a marvelous stay! The location was right in the center of all the hot spots, and the amenities were fantastic! We loved riding around in the golf cart! For our first stay in Rosemary beach, the guidebook was fantastic at directing us to everything we needed to know! We will definitely be back!

We stayed during the face lift. Even though balcony was closed. I couldn’t be any closer to the beach without pitching a tent! Absolutely great location. Host was great even had some beach chairs and toys available.

Love the place! The view was the best, exactly like the pictures. If you need a sign to book your trip, this is it do it! Comfortable bed, super clean, and talking to Kendra was super easy she responded all of our questions and was so helpful on everything! Definitely coming back again.

10/10 would recommend. Place was spotless and nicely decorated. Had everything we could need, and even a few extras. In a great location as well. When I had to change my check in day to a day earlier due to a death in the family, the hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. Will definitely rebook in the future.

The blue palm was the perfect spot for our little family of four. 1 minute walk to the beach which was perfect with small kids. We almost always had the pool to ourselves and the beach was never overcrowded. Morgan was wonderful at answering all my questions and the condo was perfectly stocked with everything you would need. We would 100% stay here again.

This place is in a great location if you prefer to stay away from the busy crowds. The house smelled amazing when we walked in. A short drive to the beautiful 30A restaurants, shops and beaches.
