Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Two minutes away is the bus stop with direct connections to Waiblingen train station (8 minutes) and the S-Bahn to Stuttgart (25 minutes) The cozy apartment has its own entrance and parking at the house The location invites you to leisurely walks or bike rides along the Rems and in the Talaue landscape park.

We are in an idyllic location near Bietigheim-Bissingen. Right between the Untermberg ruins and the Enz-Aue near the recreational center Nature Park: Stromberg-Heuchelberg. From strolling in the historic old town to enjoying nature... With a home office area with a 100 Mbit line, remote office should not be a problem. For physical fitness, we have a training tower from Kettler. And a well-shaped bathtub that invites you to relax after work ;)
