Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Stateline

We enjoyed our stay at Mark and Chelsea’s cabin. The spa and flat back yard were lovely. Everything was cozy. My only suggestion would be to offer guests the garage during winter. This was the first cabin we stayed in where the garage was not offered to us as guests and we spent a lot of time shoveling and blowing snow to get our car out of the 44 inches of snow that accumulated constantly over our 3 night stay. That combined with the long steep driveway and the plow blocking us in each day by dumping the driveway snow in front of the parked car outside the garage wasn’t totally ideal, but on the bright side the powder was amazing for skiing, sledding, and building snowmen so hard to complain too much bc we had a great trip!

We had a wonderful stay at Harry's place! We loved the relaxing cabin vibe with the view of Lake Tahoe through the trees and enjoyed the hiking trail in walking distance to the house. Harry was a very responsive and accommodating host - definitely would recommend staying here!

Elton’s place was amazing and beautiful! Immediately felt at home once we got there. Everyone loved their rooms comfy, we didn’t want to leave . Highly recommend will definitely stay here again!

Easy check in instructions! Wonderful home, great outdoor spaces, would return due to proximity to Sierra Ski Ranch.

This house was perfect for our girl’s trip! There were 10 of us and we felt the common rooms accommodated all of us comfortably to sit as a group. The upstairs had 3 bedrooms: 1 “dorm room” with 5 beds, and then 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each. Downstairs had 2 bedrooms, one queen and one king. There’s a bathroom upstairs and a bathroom downstairs. There was lots of communication from Sean and the management company he uses, and responses were fast. And we LOVED how simple the check out process was— 10/10. Safeway is a 4 minute drive down the road, if you’re not local, download the app & set up a grocery pickup to save time. The location was perfect…10 minute drive to Heavenly, 35 minute drive to Emerald Bay. We’d absolutely stay here again!!

This house was perfect for our stay in Tahoe. Right down the road from all the amenities and has beautiful views of the mountain ranges. Everything was clean and as described, I would highly recommend and use this house again!

This home was beautiful and spacious! We stayed here for a short weekend trip and the house was quite big and very clean. Host provided so many amenities that I haven’t seen at other air bnb’s that we’ve stayed at. This is a new neighborhood and it felt very safe and we felt right at home. This is a great place to stay that’s in the middle between Reno and Lake Tahoe as it’s about 25-35 minute to each so it’s great if you don’t want to pay Tahoe or Reno prices but still get a high quality air bnb. The check in and out instructions were very clear I didn’t really have any questions. 10/10 I would recommend to stay here!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was in the perfect location with absolutely stunning views. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, both indoors and outdoors - from kitchen essentials to outdoor seating and games. The place was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. We also received great support and quick responses from both the owner and the property manager, which made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommended - we’d definitely love to come back!

Great location, very clean and spacious bedrooms and common space. Host provides most of the things you might need in kitchen and bath super helpful. Great communication, clear instructions and easy to access. Will book again!

Mark was an amazing host. Very attentive and responsive. The location was amazing. Tucked away in the corner of the hotel. Easy to get to the local shops once you get orientated. Close to the lake and right next to the Heavenly gondola. Would definitely stay here again.

We have been going to Tahoe for over 25 years, and this was it! Beach a short walk, food and stores a short walk. Place was cozy! My family enjoyed the pool and spa. It was a bummer they closed it down the last 2 days for repairs, but we enjoyed it the first few days. Staff were friendly and overall, we really enjoyed our experience. Thank you for the amazing vacation. My daughter’s had a blast!

The place was as described and looked like the pictures. Erica was very responsive to questions we had. The unit also had some extra bathroom amenities like eye makeup remover and Q-tips besides your usual shampoo/conditioner and body wash. They also gave a small s’more’s package. The kitchen had standard supplies but had some plastic dining ware that we were able to use for the kids. They also had a toy and book basket with games that my kids loved. Very family friendly. The location is a little farther from the ski lifts but completely walkable and in the village. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the Jeffrey’s Hotel for one night and had a good experience. Everything was clean and in good condition. The kitchen could have been better equipped. I tried using the toaster and it started smelling and smoking a bit, but other than that we really liked it here (the beds are really comfortable), I just wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.

sean was the most outstanding and friendly host i have ever had! the soace was clean the bathroom was huge! it was very homey and had lots of history to learn about the area . hada super fun game! and lots of sleeping arrangement options. he came and greeted us in the morning and was so friendly i will definitely stay here again!

Great place! Near the gondola and close to the ice rink. Check in at East West was very easy and garage parking was easy to find. The place was really clean, and it was really nice to have basic cooking ingredients (oil, salt and pepper). Very thoughtful host in having games and even a bench to sit and put on boots, we’ve stayed at so many other places in the village and no one thinks of putting a bench near the door! Take advantage of the hot tub access and the game room in the community center. We hope to stay here again next season!

The location is excellent—restaurants and supermarkets are all within a 10-minute drive. It’s also lovely to take a walk by the lake just outside the door. The room is well-equipped, and having laundry facilities was super convenient! What impressed us the most was how clear and professional the host’s guide to the area was. The link they shared before check-in was incredibly helpful—definitely five stars! Overall, the place met all our vacation needs. The host’s text responses were very prompt—it’s clear they’re genuinely dedicated and put care into everything they do.

This place is absolutely amazing—just as beautiful as in the photos! At first, I thought a home with such a strong design aesthetic might not be ideal for a longer stay, but after settling in, I realized that every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The host has provided so many amenities to make the stay enjoyable. The EV charger was a huge plus, making it super convenient for electric vehicles. And I have to mention the steam feature in the master bathroom—it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing. Truly an incredible stay!

Cute, affordable, homey space right near Heavenly - highly recommend!

Chris let us check in early. That was much appreciated. We did not realize we could walk across the street to Gar Woods.. a restaurant we frequent when we visit Tahoe. The place was clean and matched the photos. We used all 4 bedrooms for our 3 families and enjoyed spending time together. We lucked out on both weather and traffic.

Absolutely amazing! Linda was so sweet and accommodating. I really love the atmosphere of this place as you can truly get away from society! If you’re looking for just that, AND to be close to everything - her air bnb is perfect for this. You can hear the creek from the cabin. It’s truly beautiful and peaceful. There’s spices, hot chocolate, and many more amenities for cooking and relaxing. Lots of choices for movies too! There is lots to do. I truly recommend their cabin! Thanks so much Linda. It’s been a wonderful time I wish I got to meet you!

Lovely little cabin. Lots of charm and all the things you need are available. Tahoma was relaxing and beautiful and the host was super responsive.

Cynthia’s place was perfect for our family of 5 during our 5-day stay! The house had everything we needed to feel at home, even as 1-2 feet of snow fell outside. We cooked every day, and the kitchen was fully equipped and easy to use. The extra-tall garage was a huge bonus—it fit our SUV with a Thule box on top, keeping it snow-free. Inside, the high ceilings extended to both bathrooms, making the space feel open and comfortable. The living room had plenty of room to relax, and we enjoyed streaming YouTube TV and Prime Video on the TV using our accounts. After the snowstorm, we visited a nearby bike park and had a blast sledding with the sleds and boards provided at the house. The location is in a charming community, just a 10-minute drive from groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, and the lake of course. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d love to come back again, A+!

Great place. Close to town, clean and homely. Great outdoor deck and fire pit. Would definitely book again. Susan was very responsive and left a bottle of wine and some snacks that made you feel right at home.
