Super clean, big and exactly as described! Would definitely stay again

Great place to stay in Tahoe. Located close to Stateline, restaurants and market. Great backyard for dogs, comfortable beds, nice showers with good water pressure.

This place, while pricey, is in one of the most beautiful spots in the Tahoe area. Nestled 7000+ feet up, the porch overlooks the lake and the mountains surrounding the lake. So nice and quiet all the time, but close to town and casinos, so easy to go to entertainment when needed. Lots of glasses and dishes and utensils to accommodate a large group. Four large bedrooms and bathrooms that were clean and ready for use. Michael was extremely responsive and answered all our questions and concerns. Instructions were clear and spelled out and easy to follow.

Great location for access to both South Lake Tahoe and Hope Valley. Comfortable lodging, well-equipped kitchen and the hot tub is a big plus.

Great location close to the water and great for the family and our dogs :) we had a busy time away from the place seeing all of Tahoe but it was great to come back to at night and be so close to the water for walks and close to great coffee shops. Omar was very informative via the messenger even though I didn’t have many questions we were just busy having fun! Great for the family I recommend their place

Wonderful place to stay. Lots to do indoors even with the winter storm. He thought of every detail to the place, every space is utilized well in the house. They thought of everything, there are additional space heaters and cooling units in the house. It is a peaceful place. The kids loved it and want to come back. We plan to come back again.

Solid place. Exceptional location and bigger then it looked in the photo’s. Furniture more comfortable then you'd expect. TV is huge and great picture. Hot tub was ready to rock n roll. Plenty of provided garbage bags and paper towels. Discount beach passes were clutch. Host responsive to questions ahead of time. Only downsides: no bbq, no butter or cooking oil and the host showed up unannounced once or twice but not a huge deal.

It is hard to beat Marriott vacation club in Tahoe in terms of comfort, class, amenities and location. On top of that Aiden’s villa offered a great deal and couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Aiden and Michael.

Perfect for our group of 10! This house was amazing. Beautifully decorated and furnished, the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed. The views were simply stunning. Plenty of hot water for everyone after long days on the slopes was a huge plus. The location was ideal, so close to Heavenly's Boulder Lodge and Stagecoach - super convenient for skiing or snowboarding. We loved the high-end appliances, especially the wine and beverage refrigerators. Two ovens and a microwave made cooking for a large group easy. The house had plenty of space for all 10 of us to spread out and enjoy some private time. And the hot tub! That was a definite highlight. The cover was easy to use, providing both shelter and beautiful lighting. Sean was an excellent host, very communicative and helpful. Julio from luxe Vaca, who manages the property, was also extremely responsive to any requests we had when we checked in. We will definitely be booking Sean's place again!

A perfect getaway spot surrounded by peaceful mountains and relaxing mineral hot tubs to unwind in. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—felt at home right away!

We traveled with my almost 3 year old and 2 month old. Cynthia’s home was as listed. Looked just like the photos. We loved the fenced in backyard and my son had fun playing out there. There was a pack and play for my infant. Cozy beds, clean, and comfortable. Close to everything in South Tahoe and Emerald Bay. Was perfect for what we needed! Would stay again.

Great location. The two bedroom suite was very comfortable and spacious. Very nice having 2 bathrooms as well. The indoor pool was great, as were the multiple hot tubs. Great place to stay, would recommend to anyone.

We were a party of 6 with 2 dogs and we had a fantastic stay at this cozy A-frame cabin in Tahoe City! The house was spotless, stylishly furnished, and had everything we needed for a relaxing mountain getaway. We especially appreciated how pet-friendly the place is — we brought our two dogs, and there was no extra charge, which is incredibly rare and thoughtful. The hot tub was a major highlight, perfect after a day of hiking or just to relax under the stars. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and the neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful. Another big plus: the host offered early check-in and late checkout without any request, which made our stay even more flexible and stress-free. Communication was clear and responsive throughout. We would absolutely stay here again — highly recommended!

We had a great time at this cabin. Spacious living room and kitchen, all the amenities. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing - magical to be sitting outside warm and comfortable with the snow drifting down.

The Tahoe Treehouse was a beautiful and peaceful escape from reality. The loft/nest was on another level and I will miss sleeping comfortably under the stars. The host Emilia was quick to respond to any questions I had. My wife and I cannot wait to go back and make it our go to spot.

This cabin is perfect for a ski trip to Heavenly or a trip to the lake or downtown South Lake Tahoe. Location is super central and walkable, just a five minute or less walk to the shuttle to Heavenly, 20 minute walk to the marina, and 1.5 miles to the casinos in South Lake Tahoe. The place is small but cozy. Everything was super clean and tidy. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door so it gets a bit cold at night due to the lack of insulation, but the heater works great so it’s not a big deal. Maybe bring an extra blanket tho if you think about it. Megan is super responsive and helpful and overall is a great host. I highly recommend this cabin for a ski trip or a trip to the lake.

Stayed here for the last 2 days of our honeymoon after a busy week in Napa. What a perfect place to unwind, relax, and get back to nature! The cabin was absolutely perfect for us and provided a great home base for anything in and around Lake Tahoe as it’s located pretty much central to everything around while still being secluded enough to not feel like you’re in a city. The neighborhood was super safe and quiet too; I left my wallet on the dash, doors unlocked over night accidentally, and nothing happened, nor would I be worried to start. Jolene was an amazing host, provided exceptional check-in/out directions, and fantastic local recommendations, and was absolutely un-intrusive. The cabin was fully stocked with quality stuff for everything we needed; plenty of towels, soaps, laundry detergent, etc. We plan on returning back here in a few months over summer and definitely over winter for some skiing. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, quiet,Tahoe get away!

Very cute home perfect for families and kids! Awesome neighborhood with cute hikes nearby. Still great proximity to the casinos and state line and all the fun Southlake Tahoe has to offer. Very responsive host, friendly and accommodating. A pleasure to stay there and look forward to returning.
