Resort vacation rentals in Stateline

Great stay. The location was perfect, within reasonable driving distance to South Lake and Heavenly!

Great place to stay if you want to hit the slopes. We loved being right at the gondola base and walking distance to everything you could need - food, shops, Target (in case you forget something or want snacks!). The room was clean and spacious. We didn’t use the kitchenette but it was well stocked with basics if you choose to prepare anything there. Amenities like the pool/hot tub and ski valet were very nice as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Desiree’s place in the Palisades at Every Hotel. From the start, communication with Desiree was seamless—she was easy to reach via text and provided clear instructions, making check-in a breeze. We truly appreciate her for opening up her home to us! The room itself was spotless, extremely comfortable, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to access all amenities. The only downside was the hotel's luggage service—it took 2.5 hours to receive our bags after check-in, which was frustrating, especially after a long travel day. We checked in around 8:30 PM but didn’t get our luggage until 11:30 PM, which seemed to be due to the hotel either being too busy or understaffed that evening. Aside from that, everything went smoothly, and we would absolutely recommend staying at Desiree’s place for a comfortable and well-located stay!

Probably one of the best places we stayed at. Such a reason price compared to a lot of places we had looked. It’s close to a lot of places, a lot to do. Walking distance from the water ! Everything is less then 10mins away. Would definitely recommend people to stay here! Tania’s prices are better then actually booking directly from the hotel!

We loved Pat’s place and Pat was a great host. We ran out of shampoo and it was delivered to our door within minutes of us letting Pat know. He even refunded us the parking price difference since we had booked the place before the residences raised the fees. Would love to stay here again!

This room at Everline worked out well for us and made it possible for us to stay for the weekend at an otherwise fully booked hotel. There were no disadvantages to staying in the room via AirBnB and all amenities were available to us.

Our family of four loves this resort. It’s got everything we could need. Although our dates weren’t available initially, Ben kept us in mind and when they became available later on he reserved it and reached out right away. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for us! It was another memorable family vacation in SLT.

Great place to stay! Close to Heavenly village and still has its privacy! Had no problems checking in at all.

Great spot right on the lake with everything you need at your doorstep. Large grass field, basketball, bocce ball, horseshoes, volleyball, fire pit, bbq, pool, kids playground, and of course the beach. Perfect for kids.
