Hotel vacation rentals in Stateline

Sean was an amazing host! Communication and tips were spot on! It’s a great place to stay, just keep in mind in the summer there isn’t an AC, so it’s can get pretty warm in the room and with the limited window you can’t really cool it off. However I can’t wait to stay again in the cooler months! Besides from the AC I would definitely recommend Sean as a host!

Ryan is a great host, quick to respond to questions, and helped make sure check in was smooth with the front desk of this property.

Nate was very responsive with details. He followed up well even when there was a minor glitch checking in at the lodge front desk side. Having said that the front desk is great and helping us to recover my son’s watch chargers after we left. Overall was great experience.

Was quite happy with this choice to stay. We were able to swim off the dock that is attached to the hotel. Couldn't beat the views and hospitality.

Great ski in ski out condo at Kirkwood! It had all the amenities we needed and John and Jeanelle were so nice and communicative throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Kana’s place was great! Clean, quiet, and peaceful. We really enjoyed the location, walkable to town. I just didn’t realize it was going to be on the third floor- so I was a little sore walking up after skiing. Comfy bed! I would only suggest including 2 bottles of water for guests when they get there 👍 Thanks Kana!

We’ve been to Lake Tahoe for the past 6 years straight. This was the first time utilizing ABNB and staying at Marriott Timber Lodge. We have nothing but positive things to say. Mike was easy to communicate with from the start, understanding of our needs and willing to accommodate any requests we had, and was honest and truthful in everything he said. The room at Marriott’s Timber Lodge was exactly what we hoped it would it. The location was perfect and in the heart of Heavenly Village and the hotel amenities were just as described. We look to returning next summer once again.

My family of three really enjoyed staying in the 1 bedroom unit with a full kitchen. We stayed in a ground level unit since we brought our bikes and it made for easy access in and out of the resort. There are many trails that you can hike or bike to go to Nevada Beach or even to Stateline. The Round Hill shopping is very convenient for grocery shopping and there are various restaurants there as well if you don't feel like cooking. We took advantage of the pool, recreation room and grill areas. We look forward to visiting again next summer.

Brandi was made to host! She was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make accommodations for us that exceeded our expectations. She was so thoughtful and kind providing us with as much comfort and ease for our visit as possible. The place was perfectly clean, tidy and comfortable. It was spacious and exactly what our family needed. Would 100% recommend her and any of her listings :)

Perfect location central to South Lake Tahoe area, walking/scooter distance to tons of restaurants and activities! Clean room with a nice kitchenette area. Will def use again in the future !

This is a fantastic space with incredible views. The beds were very comfortable, the layout perfect, and enjoyed the gas fireplace. We loved the hot tubs and grills on the roof. The only downside to this property is the large number of stairs from the parking lot to the condo.

Amazing location. Everline is really a special resort. I would stay there any time!

Shane is a wonderful host. He is kind and proactive. He provided clear, simple instructions for a seamless check-in. Shane’s villa was in a great location. Located right in the middle of Heavenly village, so easy to get great food, drinks, and around shopping. I loved the included valet parking. It made things very easy to get in and out when needed. We were a family of 5 and the villa was big enough for us to be very comfortable. Traveling with 2 young kids, space is important and this place did not lack that. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to make full meals. We loved the amenities of the resort. My kids loved the pool and hot tubs and it was great to have access to a 24 hour gym. Overall, it was a really great stay and I would not hesitate to rent this villa again next time we are in South Lake Tahoe.

Our stay at this resort-style Airbnb in the village area of South Lake Tahoe was truly exceptional! The location is perfect, with numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore the local area. The property itself is stunning, offering luxurious amenities such as a beautiful pool, hot tub, and a well-equipped fitness center. The house was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for our family. The host was very welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.

Beautiful place with waterfront views. 2 kids slept on pullout sofa and large king bed for grown ups. Full kitchen and hotel would bring extra plates utensils if needed. Very close to heavenly short 5 min car ride. Jason was super helpful with every step including advice on where to rent skis. Whole Foods 2 min drive. Many restaurants and shops. Heavenly village had shops/outdoor ice rink and even entertainment (magic show). Only downfall was hot tub was not hot and swim out pool was very cold. During presidents week it was super crowded with babies/kids so avoided the pool/hot tub. 5 stars otherwise.

We had a wonderful stay at the Everline Resort & Spa@Palisades Valley View Suite. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel at home. They text ahead of time to make sure our stay felt personalized. The suite has a prime location with a beautiful view of the mountain. You can't get closer to the Palisades ski lift. My husband and I went with our 6 and 8-year-old; we had plenty of space for the 4 of us. The hotel has excellent amenities and nice restaurant options. I recommend making reservations or making an effort to know when you want to eat with the family because the restaurants on-site fill up fast, and you can be up against long wait times if you don't plan ahead. There is a grab-and-go option, but the hot food isn't great. All in all, we would absolutely go again and would book this suite. Thank you for the wonderful long weekend away!
