Great high end property, conveniently located across the street from Heavenly ski access. Can check skis overnight at entrance. Only parking is via garage valet only, but it was fairly quick to retrieve car. Short drive to town and restaurants.

This place is more than how it is described! We came out for a quick ski trip and not only was this place comfortable, the location was nice, and the view was amazing. We will certainly come back.

Loved the location! Will definitely look into coming back. My wife and I got married in front of the picture window due to the rain, and it was perfect.

Matt and Katie’s place is the perfect Palisades ski weekend stay! The place: -Amazing location in the center of the village, nice building and amenities (fully stocked kitchen, two huge community hot tubes, beautiful views from the deck), and lots of space to unwind. The only minor downside is it can be a little noisy on Friday night with a karaoke bar two floors below but this disbanded by 11pm. The hosts: Extremely responsive and helpful, with great recommendations and clear instructions. Overall, 10/10 planning to stay again!

Our family enjoyed our vacation at Lake Tahoe. The location of this townhome is in the best spot, there is a beach that’s about a 10 min walk, we enjoyed the beautiful water each day and about 3 minutes to a bike trail. Grocery store and CVS was close. Beds were comfortable even the bunk beds were comfy. Each room had a fan which was a life saver. It was completely remodeled, it was clean and very comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Thank You!

Very attentive host. Reached out prior to my arrival to make sure i was good with understanding everything about check in. Host also checked in at the end to make sure that everything had been satisfactory. We loved our stay in SLT and can’t wait to return!!

Great location and great views from the unit. Private access to the beach was awesome (no need to worry about parking at King's Beach).

Great stay for our family of 4 over the busy Presidents Day weekend in Tahoe. Janet reached out proactively and shifted our booking back a day as a result of the severe winter storm, which was very much appreciated! The accommodation was great for our family, good size and very clean with a stocked kitchen. The master bedroom is downstairs and you can hear any movement upstairs so if you have kids who like to wake up early (like mine do) take note! Also the living room seating (sofa/chairs) were not the most comfortable… But overall, very much enjoyed our stay!

Very clean and all the supplies etc needed to have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Bathrooms, Beds and bedrooms were excellent. Would stay here again.

Cozy condo perfect for a quick ski trip to Heavenly. Could have walked to the lift but we drove and it only took a few minutes. Nick is an excellent host, always communicative and helpful.

We loved this place. A very cool vibe and it was right next to Lift #1. The little restaurant/bar downstairs was a great place to eat and hang out too. It served us perfectly.

Fantastic stay at Monte’s place! Strong heat in the winter, clubhouse with great community staff - hot tub, ping pong, and pool in the summer. Washer/dryer and full kitchen with essentials was great. TV with a boomin’ Sonos speaker too! The electric cooktop was uneven on some burners which caused some delays with cooking. We moved this neighborhood which was so close to Stateline. We easily found Ubers back and forth when we needed them.

Perfect place for me and my pup. Easy parking, walkable immediate neighborhood, within close driving distance of many trails and beaches. Hosts were extremely communicative and friendly.

Sarah was a very good host! She gave clear instructions on the day when we checked in. The condo complex looks exactly as the photos listed on Airbnb. The best thing is that it has 4 rooms, which can easily fit 10 people. We have 8 people - three couples, two girls, and two pets. It fits nicely. It's 20 minutes away from the Palisades resort. We had a great ski weekend over there!

Justin’s condo was the perfect winter retreat for a couple and their Labradors. We had a wonderful ski trip that allowed us to walk to the Stagecoach lift at Heavenly. The condo is at the top floor and up several flights of stairs. It definitely took our breath away but it was worth it being on the top floor. The view was great. We loved having vaulted ceilings. The kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated a real coffee maker and not a Keurig. Justin was a great host. He was quick to respond to my messages and was very friendly. We hope to visit again soon!

Fantastic location, beautifully kept place, sensible layout. High quality furniture, very comfortable and spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, well appointed townhouse and perfect for a small group. My only comment is the heating. If you set the thermostat, it tends to get very hot upstairs but stays quite cool downstairs. The primary bedroom in particular got very hot. Once we closed the register, it did help but was a little more difficult to achieve a consistent temperature throughout the house. Otherwise, I’d highly recommend and would stay here again. Thanks, Sanda, for a very pleasant stay.

Most amazing stay, and I’ve stayed at a couple places in Tahoe! Super clean and cozy stay. Kitchen, bedding, supplies, and everything was well-stocked. Perfect location - <5min drive to heavenly at one of the bases. Loved the boardgame options, snacks & personal note given, and the climbing hanging board! Robin was amazing and very responsive as well through text. Only thing that was not clear was to have the parking pass from inside the place shown on the dashboard of your car (or there may be a fine) since it wasn’t in the parking instructions. Luckily, I was able to text Robin to clarify. Would definitely stay again ~

Daniel was great to deal with. Condo is neat and clean. Perfect location for skiing. The shuttle service picks you up at the door and easy quick trip to the mountain. Daniel had coffee, bread and muffins ready for our breakfast which was great because we arrived late at night. Pantry and refrigerator had necessary items for general cooking needs. Easy parking for two vehicles. Skiing at Palisades and Alpine Meadows is now one of my favorites. Also, this location is a short drive to Truckee and Tahoe City. From this location you can walk to 7-11 and a ski rental shop. Great hot tub a short walk away. I would recommend this location and hope to return in the future.

This is a fantastic location and listing is as described. The home was clean and had all listed amenities. There is an indoor hot tub and sauna on site that were clean and were very appreciated after a day of skiing. The outdoor pool was closed during our stay. Overall, it was an excellent space and I would happily stay here again.

2nd time at this condo. Can't beat the location. Great spot for a ski getaway.

We loved our stay. Perfect studio for two people. Very updated. Close to skiing. Great grocery store down the street. Amenities were all brand new. We will definitely be back.

The stay was excellent, very well located, beautiful place, with jacuzzi and many amenities, there were 6 of us living there and the truth is that we were all delighted with the stay, especially the beautiful sofa where we all fell asleep at some point, Sumeet was an incredible host, she always answered within 5 minutes and always had a solution for everything, in fact she even offered us something to help us with, everything was really beautiful. The only thing I would have liked would be to have a lab and a table where the 6 of us could fit. The rest, the rest very comfortable
