4x4 Drive or All Wheel Drive STRONGLY recommended to access the property. When you are driving uphill, turn the AC off. If you don’t normally drive manual, you have to keep pushing the clutch while you push the gas in first gear to climb up the incredibly steep terrain. The host will also pick you up and take you the rest of the way. That being said, stop looking - just go ahead and book this place. It’s exactly what you want. We will absolutely return - with a truck.

We had a great stay. Guy welcomed us with great kindness and was always available for anything we needed. The setting is very nice, surrounded by plants in a very well-kept garden. It's 1 km from downtown. Thanks so much for hosting us! We'll recommend the place.

Wonderful stay! Very cozy bungalow and a great indoor and outdoor space. Wonderful location, very close to Arraial do Cabo and the beaches of Cabo Frio. Quiet and safe location, easy to access. I highly recommend it!! Alexandre is a great host.

Wonderful place, I was at this last carnival, I wanted a quiet place to rest and disconnect to recharge well and that's what I got! Undoubtedly a beautiful place, cozy and connected with nature and with a very good and practically private beach, as some outsiders that they know frequent but are of the guests of the hotel and flats and the condominium of houses. District has a restaurant on the beach and the hotel that cater well. The house served well, being very comfortable and with privacy and the Allan is very polite and helpful, and Clarissa tmb. I will come back for sure.

district would like to come back other times me and my family like it a lot there is a very close waterfall that is worth knowing and if you want to go in downtown Paraty and close by car. we went to trinity that is a paradise i finally recommend to anyone who wants to spend a few wonderful days

For those who enjoy the sound of nature and rest , this is the place ... Well booked , we take advantage of the days to rest and not leave the chalet ... The floor road that I found a little bad , but it didn't get in the way at all because we really went to enjoy the chalet and be quiet there !! Worth it !!

Awesome.. I cannot describe the feeling of waking up with a breathtaking view of the Serra das Bicas, the cold of the night and the warmth of the day, the noise of the wind in the trees, the sound of the water falling every time it arrived on the balcony, it was all perfect, busy days and quiet nights. It's my second stay with Denise, last year I was at Ypotyra and I can say, it's worth every second, it's worth every moment, about the bungalow itself doesn't need to say anything, it's exactly like in the pictures, perfect... I already count the seconds to be back.

The bungalow we stayed at was very beautiful and was full of things to do from the pool to a pool table to ping pong and foosball it was a great experience. The place is a little bit isolated so bringing lots of food and commodities is recommended but very private and peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and made the experience even better. I would recommend this to anyone who love nature and peaceful vacations 10/10

The surroundings were incredible. Santa Teresa is such a magical place and the view from the patio was stunning. It combines being pretty central in the city but also being peaceful while Restaurants/bars are a 3-10 min walk away. Really convenient with car or taxi to get to most places in Rio.

Great house, cozy, functional and well located. Quiet location away from the big holiday movement but, at the same time, close enough to the center of Lumiar to avoid long trips. Host Vera was very attentive and gave us very helpful tips. We really enjoyed the tour!
