My stay with my family was perfect, we felt at home. It is exactly like the ad, a quiet and ideal environment for relaxing, the condominium is wonderful and has extremely polite and very helpful staff. Márcia e Marco have been incredible since before the reservation, always helpful, committed to helping and very polite. Our holiday could not be better, even with rain, we managed to have a lot of fun and enjoy everything, everyone has loved and is already looking forward to the next trip, which by the way, already want the same destination. All I have to say is thank you for everything. Also stand out for the housekeeping service that can be performed every day since requested, I had never stayed at home with this service. We don't need it, but I found a differential to further care for space

We loved the place , the location for being close to everything we needed, Dona Deirdre always ready to help us, the apt everything inside, air conditioning working perfectly, tv,, cooked there tbm and felt like home ... I will return again qnd come to Rio,,, without mentioning that Dona Deirdre is a love of person... I loved too much ... obg obg

Fabricio's attention was very good, he was missing a pava to heat water and I send us a new electric pond, although the dpto is in very good condition, he could improve more, especially the bedroom furniture (I also discuss it privately) the location is very good and the services offered by the building are very satisfactory.

Great stay ! We love spending these days in this house Very cozy, all clean, sofas and comfortable houses, we feel at home! There were moments of rain, and the house does not have a covered outdoor space that can be enjoyed in a rainy climate, but the glass doors of the room open and so there is an integrated environment with the backyard, which was great. We took the dog, which was very comfortable. Ernesto is a great host, gave us great tips that made all the difference in the trip, it was all very special! The noise of BR that I read in reviews here, at no time did we get in the way. Pertinho da casa, has the beach of Barra de Corumbê, it is very worth visiting on a day looking for a quieter tour.

The location is also perfect, with easy access to the region's waterfalls and sights. Undoubtedly, it was a wonderful experience, and I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone who wants to enjoy Carrancas with peace of mind and warmth. Can't wait to go back!

Hosting was just awesome! The house is excellent, extremely comfortable and airy, providing a warm and relaxing atmosphere for the whole family. Everything was impeccably clean and organized, with all amenities necessary to ensure a perfect stay. The location is another high point as it is close to the historical center, which made it much easier to explore the region. The backyard of the house is a true paradise, full of flowers and shrubs that make the atmosphere even more charming. The beds are super soft, and the bed and bath linens were clean and with a delicious smell, which made all the difference to a quiet night's sleep. The service of the host and his wife went beyond expectation. They welcomed us personally and treated us with such affection that we felt like family members. Their hospitality is to be praised, and it was certainly one of the points that marked us the most. Without a doubt, I will be staying in this marvelous place again.

The house is identical to the pictures. Dona Sônia was very kind and helpful from before check-in to the time of checkout. We arrived well before check-in time and she allowed us to enter. The house was very clean. The place is quiet and quiet. We love it! For those who do not know Búzios and want to get around to see the beaches and the nightlife, the ideal is to go by car. We were and everything was perfect. Oh, and my daughter loved the kittens.

Janaína's house is wonderful, it has exceeded our expectations, the kitchen is extremely functional, many crockery and cutlery, clean and smelling bedding, condominium pool with easy access ( practically private), the beach of Geribá is very close ( about five minutes' walk) , we love the experience and we will certainly return .

We were a group of 8 people, who went for the second consecutive year for New Year's Eve to Josy's place. The apartment was spacious enough for the 8 of us to get in. In turn, the building has 24-hour security. As for the location, not only were we 1 minute away from the beach (posto 5), but it was also ideal for New Year's Eve, as people gather between postos 1 and 6. In addition, it is located in a very safe place, and with many supermarkets just a few meters away. Finally, as for the host, Josy, she is always available for whatever you need. Therefore, I fully recommend the accommodation whether you are a group of young people or a family.

We stayed in the apartment for three days with our two children. The hostess was extremely attentive — we had a problem with the gas heater and she came the same day to help us solve everything. In addition, he has shown us a wonderful guide who organized an unforgettable tour and also the airport transfer. The apartment is in a great location. Only two minutes on foot has a delicious Rodízio, and the beach access is super easy — the building is right next to the bridge over the river, so it's not necessary to take a long walk. In about seven minutes you are already standing in the sand! The condominium is very nice, with friendly and polite gatekeepers, and a great pool. We were very satisfied with the stay And of course, the neighborhood of Jardim Oceânico (Barra da Tijuca) is one of the safest in Rio — we feel very quiet throughout the trip.

The condominium is very safe, the apartment is comfortable, you can walk to the mall, the cost of the mall restaurant is good, there is a beverage store, a bakery and a market where you can buy the essentials, as well as a pharmacy, It is close to the waterfall, which you can walk to. Sahy beach is empty with very calm waters. I went to see the Imperial Viewpoint and the Ruins of Sao Marcos (I recommend it). Silvia is very nice and helpful. I'll be back because this time it rained and I couldn't enjoy it much.
