Our stay was exceptional. From the moment we got to our exit we were very well assisted. The house has an excellent structure, is very well taken care of, has jacuzzi and BBQ area. We arrived and the freezer and refrigerator were already on. Very clean linen and towels were provided. As a differential they still provide beach chairs and a special affection with children's sand toys. The house is in front of the beach of João Fernandes, the most beautiful in b***s. I would like to leave a special thank you to Leni, who has welcomed us wonderfully well, very attentive, makes flawless food and makes the stay even better!!

The stay was great. We went in 9 people and stayed 4 nights. The house has all the utensils needed for cooking, well ventilated rooms (already with pillows, sheets and covers) and its indoor area is as spacious as the outside. Lucia was attentive and her response time was very quick.

Very friendly and helpful host. Town council helped us by lending us a cooler. The whole house decorated with napkins and tappets, which made us worried not to spoil or get dirty . The only things that should be reviewed and reviewed are the air conditioned, the front room ( split) very weak (probably lack of gas) and the other dormitory (window air) very noisy.

The house is well equipped and comfortable for those who want to visit the beach, there are several markets within walking distance. It can be a bit difficult to bring Ubers to nearby locations, although we had no trouble getting to the main part of Búzios.

The house is identical to the pictures. Dona Sônia was very kind and helpful from before check-in to the time of checkout. We arrived well before check-in time and she allowed us to enter. The house was very clean. The place is quiet and quiet. We love it! For those who do not know Búzios and want to get around to see the beaches and the nightlife, the ideal is to go by car. We were and everything was perfect. Oh, and my daughter loved the kittens.

I went with my family during the carnival week, including my 83-year-old grandmother, the location is excellent, close to the sea making it easier for those who have difficulty getting around (my grandmother's case), the condominium employees are very kind and requested, Mrs. Lucimar always ready to answer any questions, still talking about the location, it's all close! We stayed in the apartment for three days with our two children. The hostess was extremely attentive — we had a problem with the gas heater and she came the same day to help us solve everything. In addition, he has shown us a wonderful guide who organized an unforgettable tour and also the airport transfer. The apartment is in a great location. Only two minutes on foot has a delicious Rodízio, and the beach access is super easy — the building is right next to the bridge over the river, so it's not necessary to take a long walk. In about seven minutes you are already standing in the sand! The condominium is very nice, with friendly and polite gatekeepers, and a great pool. We were very satisfied with the stay And of course, the neighborhood of Jardim Oceânico (Barra da Tijuca) is one of the safest in Rio — we feel very quiet throughout the trip.

The condominium is very safe, the apartment is comfortable, you can walk to the mall, the cost of the mall restaurant is good, there is a beverage store, a bakery and a market where you can buy the essentials, as well as a pharmacy, It is close to the waterfall, which you can walk to. Sahy beach is empty with very calm waters. I went to see the Imperial Viewpoint and the Ruins of Sao Marcos (I recommend it). Silvia is very nice and helpful. I'll be back because this time it rained and I couldn't enjoy it much.

So so glad we booked this place for our one-week stay in Rio! We couldn't have asked for a better location in terms of proximity to the beach, great restaurants, tourist attractions, a Sunday market, and so much more. We're incredibly grateful to Sandra for making us feel right at home (she deserves a raise!). Finally, we didn't eat the continental breakfast (but thought it was a nice touch), and Marcelo is a very hands-on host (and an excellent interior designer).
