Excellent from the dealings with the host to check-out. The apartment is exactly as in the listing, very well equipped and with all the amenities listed (bed linens, bath, kitchen items, cleaning, towels for use in the pool/beach and beach kit at no additional cost). The area is great, literally on top of Paris 6, with a market, drugstore and bakery very close by. And finally the balcony, with a perfect view of the sea, sleeping with the sound of the waves is non-negotiable. Thank you very much, we will certainly come back other times.

Thiago's apartment is wonderful! Very clean and with everything you need for a great stay. The space is very cozy and well arranged, we felt at home. Thiago was very attentive and helpful, he left everything ready and gave all the necessary information about the check-in, check-out and information about the building's facilities. It was all very quick and easy. His friendly hospitality contributed to a great experience and it's one of the best Airbnbs I've ever been to.

Perfect place! Very well decorated and warm. Everything is well thought out and well-equipped. It feels like home. Very good location between the lake and the beach. Perfect for running in the morning. Peaceful and lively neighborhood in the evening with many great restaurants. Nearby metro. Antônio is very responsive, responding quickly and accurately to questions and doing everything to make you feel good in the apartment.

Excellent accommodation. For me, the most important thing is the bed and the shower, and in Claudia's apartment they are excellent. A quiet, very clean and private apartment. The condominium is very good, excellent for resting and also for working. The internet worked very well. The apartment is close to the beach and also to the Rio Sul mall, which I love. Lily's house is beautiful, with a unique decor that makes you stop in every corner to observe the details. The house is very comfortable, with the master bedroom on the top floor of the main house, and the other three bedrooms are on the lower part of the property, with a lot of privacy. It's like three very comfortable apartments. A beautiful view in all the rooms. I recommend it for large families or traveling with friends. You need to have a car, as the house is on a hill and in my opinion, you have to drive to the beaches. Thanks so much Lily!

The stay was great, the house is very cozy as a place of region of the lakes, the place is easily accessible and very close to the beach, it is worth highlighting the view to the sunset that is sensational. All well organized and clean, in addition Glaucia guided us all the time, was flexible with schedules and also sent several recommendations. Alexandre’s place is a peaceful, foot in the sand, modern house with a great living room. Having breakfast at the balcony’s table overlooking the beach was priceless. The area is stunning. Alexandre was very helpful and proactive, and we ended up sourcing boat and other suppliers through his recommendations. Neusa, the lady who helped us with cleaning and food, does all with passion and great care. Her food is amazing and nothing is impossible for her. I highly recommend the stay in this place and plan to come back!

Our stay in Paraty was simply wonderful, and much of that is due to the incredible house where we stayed. The house is exactly as shown in the photos – or even more beautiful in person! Very well decorated, modern, with spacious, comfortable and charming environments. Everything was impeccably clean and organized, with a very welcoming energy. The structure of the house provided us with very pleasant moments of rest and socializing. Every detail has been carefully thought out, from the lighting to the utensils available. We really felt at home, with all the comforts we could wish for. The host was attentive, helpful and very kind throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Undoubtedly, it was one of the best accommodations we've ever had on Airbnb. We strongly recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

Our accommodation was great! The house is very comfortable, it had everything necessary for the accommodation, as we work from home the internet was fast. The house is in a gated community, which provides a lot of security, and has access to a lagoon, a very beautiful space. It is 30 minutes from Arraial, but it is close to Monte Alto beach, where there is a beautiful view and the beach is very empty. Our dogs loved the space, it had grass, we went out for a walk and they were calm in the space. One issue is that there are mosquitoes, all windows have screens to prevent them, but I recommend taking repellent and insecticide. We will definitely stay at the yellow house again in the future. Clay and Paola were great hosts, gave directions for tours and were always available for what was needed.

The apartment has a great view, I really liked the room and the accommodations, clean sheets and bathroom too. Very well located and safe, and also easy to access to get an Uber or if you order delivery. I recommend it and we will definitely come back next time.

Beautiful place, with stunning views and gorgeous sunsets. William is an excellent host, incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. They also provided great local recommendations for food and activities The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Paraty is a beautiful town, definitely is a must.
