However, potential tenants should be aware of a legal restriction, a court agreement with neighbors that prohibits excessive noise. Therefore, if the intention is to use loud noises, vehicles with noisy engines or promote noisy events, it is essential to reconsider, as the police are called in immediately, resulting in the signing of a liability agreement. Despite this inconvenience, the stay was pleasant, with the sound restriction being the only negative point. In short, the property is ideal for guests seeking tranquility and silence, allowing only ambient music at low volume.

I'm in love with this place... I always go to Tiradentes and from now on I'll only stay there with you... Tiradentes is wonderful, but staying there doesn't even make you want to go into town haha. Claudia was super kind and helpful, the cottage is amazing ... Thanks for the experience

We were very well received by Mr. João's son. Great gourmet area. Breathtaking view. For those who want to rest, the place is extremely quiet. Access is good with paved runways and inside the condominium with cobblestone.

Turning the year in this magical retreat, with the babies, was simply special. The house is cozy, impeccable and conveys a unique energy. The house is perfect for hosting a group! Outdoor areas are very nice and well laid out! We were able to enjoy the pizza oven and outdoor shower. Small downside, read the description carefully before booking, you'll be asked to pay for your electricity consumption on the way out. I highly recommend this listing

I stayed at the Retiro da Dorothee beach house 1 month with my family (4 people and 2 dogs) The house is wonderful, the retreat area is super quiet and quiet, and 15 minutes from the city of Angra. We had people working in meetings at the same time and the Internet super fast and stable. The dogs loved the stay, super wide backyard, the beach is quiet. Dorothee was very kind, and went further than expected. The village put a net around the yard so that we can be calm about the dogs not leaving. Mr Nilson is super nice and always ready to help. He lives on the property that is the only downside of the house for privacy reasons. But it is very discreet and not intrusive. I recommend it! 5 stars. I'll want to return.

Very good house, my friends and I loved it, we were well received, we were comfortable, spacious and well-divided rooms accommodated 15 people well. Marcos is very polite, responsive and proactive. Petronio (caretaker) is excellent, he gave us all the support we needed.

Host Sonia was always very helpful and assisted us in everything we needed during the stay, always responding promptly to our needs.
