Very quiet place, very close to deserted beach (turtle nesting site), close to Castelhanos beach, which is very good. For those who like to visit other beaches in the region, the location is excellent, as it is right in the middle, making it easy to travel to other regions.

Very welcoming! We felt at home. Caroline and her husband are super friendly, always asked to help, respond quickly and solve any problems. Very functional house. We really like it!

We had a wonderful carnival between friends, family and children. The house is great: spacious, airy, well-equipped, comfortable. Delicious leisure area. Gilceia is very hospitable and was super flexible during check-in and check-out times. The beach in front of the house has an amazing view, the sea is brave but it is great for walking.

Excellent house, clean, well maintained, fully equipped kitchen, two refrigerators, new air-fryer, airy rooms, hostess always available, helpful and proactive. We were 7 adults and 4 children and the house was perfect. The house is in the block behind the waterfront with easy access to the beach and restaurants. I recommend it!

look , the place is beautiful, Mary's house is very beautiful too , spacious ,cozy,clean , in each corner you feel a little of her family's experience in place, I loved the decoration, the photos, the furniture ... Our stay was great. The house is very cozy and equipped, exactly as described in the listing. The hosts were very helpful and polite, Marcelo daily took care of the pool so that it would remain clean for us to use. We will return more often for sure.

The house is wonderful! Extremely clean, all flawless! Amanda is a sweetheart has given us several tips and instructions! We will definitely be back. The laundry room and kitchen rooms are upstairs (there is a staircase to climb) and below is the pool by barbecue a bathroom and a shower. Down below is perfect ample bright and very cool! Amamos, only the psychina that is not heated, as it was not too hot yet the water is cold. I recommend ... all that was missing p to be perfect! Ah a tbem iron I missed. I didn't find it! We really enjoyed the space. The place is huge and the people who help with the administration with Andrea are super attentive. we make great use of the bbq area, the swimming pool and the lawn. I made some point observations with the host that were promptly met. I am satisfied! Our family has enjoyed a lot!

I stayed at this house for four days and it was a perfect and wonderful experience! From the moment of arrival, we were received with all possible attention. The environment is cozy, clean and very well equipped. Every detail was designed to provide comfort and well-being. I recommend it to everyone who wants an amazing place to relax and enjoy! The house is exactly as shown in the photo, in fact, even better than shown in the photos. Ivana was always very polite, treating us with the greatest affection, whenever we needed her she was there as quickly as possible. The house is in a very quiet location. The accommodations are good. My family felt at home. Some suggestions: For air conditioning in the rooms, the upstairs rooms are very hot, and there was only 1 fan in the room for 6 people, this ended up making it difficult for us to sleep. I believe that in the summer it must be very complicated. Leave disinfectant and bleach in the bathrooms in case guests want to clean up. Otherwise, I would definitely stay in the house again.

Spacious house, the fact that each room has a bathroom is wonderful. It's all very beautiful and well taken care of, some furniture has a sign of use oq is completely normal because it is a holiday home and for the air! Everything was perfect, Helen was a love from start to finish! The nearby beach is less trendy and very quiet, but the region's most busy waterfront is very close by (perhaps by car or even bus). The house was clean, with all the mentioned accessories, linens, a good-sized pool, which was also cleaned during our stay. Despite being in a place with little movement, as we are by car, we went to other beaches. 25 minutes from Sereia and Setiba beaches and 55 minutes from Castelhanos, which is a beach I love. Vila Velha has a good structure on the beaches. It was a great trip!

The plot is large, with a lawn and small fruit trees. A large balcony next to the BBQ area that makes the best living space in the house. Living room and kitchen are small for a four bedroom house. A social bathroom only for three bedrooms is little, but it is compensated by the bath next to the barbecue (outside the house). The suite is outstanding! The house is well equipped with fans and air-conditioners. The kitchen is almost complete, as the oven is missing, since it only has a top cook, but there is microwave, grill and airfrier. There are outlets throughout the whole house, which also has excellent lighting. The TV is having trouble tuning, with the image varying greatly in quality. The location is excellent, with tranquility even on the busiest days of the carnival of Bicanga. The beach is very close and the center of the "agito" is within walking distance. The local market is weak, but it offers the basics. Very good place to enjoy a beach with family and friends.

Our stay was fantastic! We were greeted with pampering, and the focus was not just for my wife and me, but also for our b*****s who got toys. The house itself is fantastic, very spacious and welcoming, the wooden floor, spacious bathrooms, the fantastic pool with an area that makes up the entire pool, gourmet area, barbecue, a balcony with hammock. Don't know Danilo, a sign that everything he said worked, it was very flexible at checkin and Checkout...in the end, SUPER INDICATED, literally on the sand of the beach!
