The owners live locally and respond to questions immediately. My family really enjoyed our stay at this property.

We had a great stay. The residence was clean and as listed. The kids had a great time in the pool. The pool was a nice size, clean and plenty of beach towels. It was well worth the few extra dollars to turn up the heat in the pool. Moises was an outstanding host and responded immediately to any questions we had

This adorable home as well as our host were perfection in every way! Nothing like walking in to bright cheery decor and a fresh , clean smell. The entire home was spotless, well stocked and having the coffee cart was so appreciated (especially since we forgot to pick up milk on our way in) . The home looked small when we pulled up but were pleasantly surprised how spacious the rooms were and extremely comfortable the beds were as well! Having the use of the golf cart was such a bonus as we used it to go to the beach & pool across the street. We were also so happy to see the beach chairs available for us to use. We didn’t want to leave & can’t wait to book again when we come back to visit our friends who own a place in the area. The host was fantastic and responded quickly to any questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

We are extremely pleased with our stay! Karen and Simon were so sweet and very responsive! As soon as you walked in, you can smell the cleanliness and everything you could ever need was there! The cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed at and everything was in working order. We messaged if there was a bigger trash can just in case we missed it and the hosts ordered one for us to make it more comfortable! We were close enough to everything yet far enough out it was peaceful for us to relax. Gator Trace golf course is right down the rd! Great course! But the house was everything we needed and more, every little detail was just as described. We will definitely be staying again and recommended it to our local friends as well for others to enjoy!

What to say. I can’t say enough about Diane and her house. 1st-Airbnb screwed us over. Diane jumped right in and did everything she could to remedy the situation. WAAAAY above and beyond what a host does. Super super grateful. Ok- the house! Amazing! Greatly price for this beautiful house! Literally has thought of everything. We wanted a staycation with private pool and hot tub and it was perfect! We even had a welcome basket! Beds so comfy! Lots of towels for use! Fire pit, grill, the works! Now to Diane’s communication. This poor lady answered so many questions from me before and during our stay! Bless her heart! Highly highly Diane and her beautiful house!

It’s great very private and cozy. You’ve seen lots of beautiful creatures in the property. Went fishing in on the lake call a few largemouth bass through them back. They have chairs to sit on the dock and just relax.

Perfect for what we needed. We had a small group of Dads get together for an overnight retreat and loved the space. Pool table. Swimming pool. Patio area. TVs and couch area. Comfy beds. Everything was exactly as expected and more.

This is our 2nd stay with Stan. We hope to return again next year. The house is perfect for us. Spacious, airy, full of light! A fully stocked kitchen, the heated pool /hot tub and the beach is just a walk across the street with a garage that has everything you need for a day in the sun. The location is quiet, peaceful, yet walking distance or a bike ride (several in the garage) to the jetty and restaurants nearby. Stan responds within minutes of reaching out to him. Looking forward to another stay!

Nettles island was lovely for our vacation. Scott was extremely responsive, helpful and friendly, will definitely be booking here again

Daniel made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The house was very open and cozy. The Windmill community was very friendly. Loved the pool and game room inside their center. Great access to the beach and how quiet and private it was. Dan had all the beach equipment you could ask for. We would high recommend a stay here.

The location was great. Only a couple blocks from the beach, maybe three blocks from jetty Park, restaurants and bars. It was great to be able to take the dogs. Full Backyard was fenced in. Second bathroom. Shower is a little small, but there is an outdoor one and a main bathroom. Everything was as described. Would definitely stay again.

We just wrapped up a 3 day trip @ the Enchanted Cottage. it was perfect for us.. we were able to venture out to neighboring cities and beaches and still come home to such a special place.. It is hard to imagine that there are more thoughtful and detailed hosts out there than Nicole and Gerrard. Cheers to you both.. Thanks for raising the bar!
