Our rural-style apartment with 80 m² on the 1st floor can accommodate 1-5 people. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, fridge/freezer combination, kettle, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The living and dining areas have a dining area overlooking the countryside and a couch with TV. One double bedroom, two more with 3 single beds, a bathroom with shower/bathtub and a separate toilet are available. The large terrace invites you to relax summer evenings.

From this centrally located place you can quickly go shopping, only 200 m to the rehab in Neresheim, Aalen, Oberkochen, Heidenheim, Nördlingen etc. in only 20 minutes. Sights such as the monastery, Turn und Taxis Castle, Katzenstein Castle, Härzfeldsee, 18-hole golf course, all just 5 minutes away. Hiking and biking trails are well developed and signposted. Our beautiful city garden with many events is only a 2-minute walk.

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2020 and with its 100 m² offers plenty of space to stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.
