Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

In the bedroom, a large waterbed (2 m x 2.20 m) ensures good sleep. The property has been lovingly individually furnished. The kitchen is small but superbly equipped. Grilling and sunbathing in the garden. Outdoor sauna, 2 e-bikes, Thule Cab2, and Wallbox for electric cars can each be booked separately.

We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes.
