The large garden with barbecue area, children's playground, lawn, library can of course be used at any time. cool apartment in a cool house with great neighbors. well located with supermarket 5 minutes away... to the subway also 5 minutes walk... the apartment has 105 sqm, one bedroom and a dressing room in which there is a sofa to fold out... so for 4 people no problem☺️... to the fair it is 20 minutes by subway.. and the refrigerator is filled with beer and snacks on arrival 👌 I will be there on arrival and departure and explain everything.. Bad mit Dusche & Wanne, zwei separate WCs & viele Details sorgen für Komfort. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Die Schnapsibar mit Kühlschrank steht rund um die Uhr zur Selbstbedienung bereit: Schnäpse, Liköre, Bier, Wein, Sekt, Softdrinks, Chips & Snacks.

The somewhat "different" apartment for adults on our estate from 1680 offers many possibilities not only when passing through or for a weekend excursion, but even in bad weather the small "extras" in the apartment can be used. Located in the middle of the Sittenbach valley, the Obermühle has a fish farm, farm shop, beer garden, restaurant and event location. It is always open Fri-Sun. You can also book breakfast on Saturday/Sunday.
