Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Southern United States

We had an amazing time! Stayed with a group of 8 girls for my bachelorette party. The house was the perfect size and layout, super cute and clean. The outdoor area downstairs was a great place to hangout and the heated pool was a major bonus. The location couldn't be better, walked to the bars, restaurants, coffee shops, market, and beach. The hosts also had 2 boat options to rent for a day trip, we went with the yacht and it was perfect, so lush and convenient. Jessie was super proactive and helpful with communication, the trip went on without a hitch.

This was a great find! Cozy, spacious, and terrific accommodations. Very affordable and convenient to all things Hilton Head. Very responsive rental agency. We locked ourselves out by accident late at night and they were able to get us in minutes. Highly recommend this location. The 10 of us hadva wonderful time.

Margie’s place was so precious and perfect for our trip to Shreveport for a wedding. It was located in such a cute neighborhood and the home was beautifully decorated. Margie’s communication was above and beyond! She was so very kind and quick to respond. I would highly recommend Margie’s home when planning your next trip.

Lovely home to stay at with an amazing view of the lake. As mentioned in the info they provide the driveway is rather small as my truck barely fit. But other wise great home and great host

This place is very peaceful and I enjoyed waking up and watching the view from my room. She has provided nice touches for guests and it was clean and close to everything. I felt secure and comfortable. I highly recommend this place, as it’s close to everything and she is very nice. 😊

The perfect place to crash after a long day of driving. Marina’s place was cozy and reminded me of my own home. While we didn’t use anything provided, she literally had it all, even face masks in the bathroom 😭 I would’ve loved to stay just a little longer, the bed in the master was super comfortable too! Would definitely stay here again if we ever needed!

This was one of the best Airbnb's that we have stayed in....hands down! The home was so comfortable and clean, with everything you would need to cook, relax, and enjoy some time away. The home was really beautiful. The back area was uniquely laid out with a very nice (and warm!) pool, a tiki bar, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy. It was also on a water way with jumping fish, iguanas, and birds that played all afternoon! It was like nothing you would see anywhere else. Ralph met us when we arrived and showed us everything we would need to know. He was available without being overbearing in any way. It was close to restaurants and shopping, and the neighborhood was very safe for walking, running, or enjoying the ambience. We would absolutely return to this location again. 5 stars all the way around.

The location is walking distance to so many restaurants downtown! Pool is beautiful and refreshing. This is our second stay at Bold Lofts and would highly recommend!

Great for a short stay. Conveniently located in a good location, not too far from south beach and not too far from Fort Lauderdale. Place was spotless, great amenities , lovely pool area. Comfortable environment and will stay again if I’m ever back in Miami!

Excellent spacious studio apartment in a historic building in an excellent location. Located downtown and within walking distance to everything! Was especially convenient since one of our main reasons for visiting Paducah was to attend the Paducah Symphony, the AirBnB is directly across the street from the Carson Center. It's not any longer walk than if your car was parked in the parking lot. Can't say enough, we'll book again if available. And I encourage everyone to sign and look through the guest books, there are very thoughtful memories left by people far more creative than us (artists and quilters). You'll enjoy perusing them.

Elizabeth’s place has so much character and the yard is beautiful. I was comfortable and the walk to downtown was easy and stunning. Lilymae 🐕 was the best! 😍

Chris was a great host! The condo was immaculate, fresh, very clean. Needed home essentials were available. Spectacular view!!! Quiet and peaceful resort. Bed was comfortable. Only recommendation would be a darker shade in the bedroom as hall light still peeked in overnight. Will definitely look Chris' place up next time we're in the area!

An absolute gem of a place. Location is perfect. 20min to broadway 30min to barefoot. Steps from the beach. Pools, hot tubs, gyms etc. Wal-Mart directly across the street from the entrance of the resort. The unit itself was absolutely beautiful and same goes for the view. Unit was super clean and even provided beach chairs, beach toys and a boogie board for the kids. My wife and daughters had an amazing time. The two bedroom two bath set up definitely helps having kids with you. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Second time staying here in less than a year! This is always my first option! Very convenient location.

I agree with all the other 5-star reviews (great location, neat apartment, clean community pool, etc.), so I'll just list a couple of specific compliments in this review. First, the Aloha condo complex is very intimate compared to the neighboring high rise condos. It contains about 20 cute little condos clustered around a recently rebuilt pool with sparkling clear water, somewhat reminiscent of Melrose Place. Brian's 1-BR unit is on the second (and top) floor so it has the best views of the ICW and of sunsets. There are plenty of community deck chairs and chaise lounges for you to relax mere steps from the water. Second, Brian's communications was outstanding both leading up to our rental and during. He recommended a local fishing charter for my son and I, and kept in constant (but non-intrusive) contact with us through the rental process. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, without any onerous clean up demands I'd heard horror stories about. I would definitely book again!

For the price we paid this place was great, we were able to use everything in the resort, and it was right on the beach. Condo was clean, the water pressure was great, the air-conditioning was great, and the bed was very comfortable.
