Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Our guesthouse has a very warm, peaceful decor to parallel the nature around it. You will likely see many deer and other wildlife from the huge covered back porch while enjoying a meal cooked in your full kitchen. You will also have access to an attached single-car garage where there is also a washer and dryer available for your use. The pool is left open year round. Welcome to Lockwood Home of one of the founding families in Mystic Falls, you'll be adding yourself to the guest list with the likes of Damon and Stefan Salvatore, Matt Donovan, Jeremy Gilbert and Tyler Lockwood! The entire property was an authentic stage set for the hit television show The Vampire Diaries for eight years.
