Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Southern United States

The apartment was right in the middle of town which was perfect. we easily found the parking spot designated to the suite and got in very easily. The hot tub was an awesome perk with an awning that came out overtop.

Great experience staying here. It has a balcony with a beautiful view of ocean and Brickell area. Many amenities it feels like staying in a hotel for a great price! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future. Right next to metro mover station so easy to get around Miami. 10/10 !!

We loved our stay. All the amenities made the stay so pleasant - I don’t think I can go back to staying at a place without a washer and dryer. It’s a beautiful apartment and we also loved using the gym and pool, hot tub etc. The view from the window and the balcony is stunning. We really needed the sun and the beaches during winter and are now semi depressed back in Boston.

We really enjoyed our stay at Susan’s place. She was easy to communicate with, provided excellent instructions on how to find the house and how to enter, and the Marie bette pastries were a lovely touch!! We were able to bring our dogs who enjoyed the views out the windows while we were at dinner. The space is cozy, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We visit Charlottesville often and this location is perfect-tucked away and quiet but easy to walk to uva main campus and access 29. Thanks for a great weekend!

Sparkling clean with spacious bedroom and living/kitchen/dining area. Loved the couch and decor. No clutter. Bathroom clean shower nice roomy with lots of towels. Closet space was wonderful as well. Bed was comfy and I slept well and felt right at home. Great gated area safe and close to many places to eat and have drinks. I would recommend this with 5 stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our stay at 111 Greenwood! We parked our car and walked all over downtown or used the scooters all weekend. No need to drive to find food or entertainment! We plan to come back!

Fantastic space. Tastefully decorated with just about anything you would need for a great stay. The location couldn’t be better as you are within walking distance of a number of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town.

The Mint Staff and MORGAN was amazing! The 2Br apartment I had was perfect! Very clean spacious! Felt like home away from home! Love this concept! Throughout my 8 day stay they came to refresh and replenish sheets and different things. This really elevated the stay! Definitely took the experience to a whole nother level! Morgan had alot to do with that also! She needs a raise! Book with Mint!

This was a great location. Staff was helpful with check in and getting a pack and play which made the whole trip with an infant doable. The updated apartment was super cute and had everything we needed. The room service was great. Next time we’ll do the spa!

The place is cozy, comfortable, and secure. The amenities are convenient, you have everything you could need for your stay. The area is great 10 min from shopping and restaurants. An hour from Washington DC and 2 hours from Philly. Craig is the best host he’s responsive when you need help and has great communication. I was here for a few months for work and had a great experience! I felt safe and comfortable here!

Nice units and good neighborhood

I was staying at Heleana's apartment for 3 months and was very satisfied. The place is very cozy, always clean, has all necessary utensils and amenities. However, what highlights the most was the quality of a person that Heleana is. She was always attentive to what was needed in the apartment, any inconvenience solved it very quickly and every week I kept the apartment exceptional. Definitely the best host I've ever had on the platform. If they come to Chihuahua this is a great place to stay, don't hesitate. Thank you very much for all the attentions Heleana!!

We were very comfortable in Ricardo and María's accommodation, they made us feel at home, always ready to solve any questions. We are invited to come back in another time.
