Loft vacation rentals in Southern United States

We absolutely loved our stay at Utopia Joe Loft! The location is unbeatable—right in downtown Guthrie and walkable to great restaurants, coffee shops, and local boutiques. The loft was very clean, beautifully designed, and filled with fantastic artwork that gave it so much personality. The host was welcoming and easy to communicate with, which made the stay even better. And a small but appreciated detail—the toilet paper was high quality! It may seem like a little thing, but it really does make a difference. Highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

It was our first time, and the experience was very nice. I really didn't know how it was going to be because it was our first time doing this, but my family and I loved the place, the super relaxing pool, especially the view towards Galveston Bay, very beautiful and what I liked the most, that you can fish all day. And also the apartment is super comfortable, it's big enough for the family, my children and I loved everything, they had fun in the pool, and fishing all day and they loved everything. Matt’s place looks just like it does in the pictures except the view is even more beautiful in person. Truly one of the highlights of the stay was going onto the balcony over looking the mountains each day. The condo is cozy and very well directed. All the amenities listed were great. Easily worth the price we payed to have a more private retreat each day after hiking and enjoying downtown Gatlinburg. Would highly recommend!

We came to Indy for the Fever bball game and this loft was in the perfect location. So many bars and restaurants close and in walking distance. We felt very safe here and parking was close by. Loft was very clean. Host was wonderful and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

This was hands down one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! Laura truly thought of everything — from the little touches to the overall setup. We felt completely safe, especially with the convenience of having our own garage. The location couldn’t be better: just 8 minutes to Garden of the Gods and 6 minutes to Manitou Springs. We also loved that the shops are right downstairs — our favorite spot was Jives, which we visited three times during our 4-day stay! After reading the reviews, I noticed several repeat guests, and now I completely understand why. I’ll definitely be back in Colorado Springs, and when I am, I’ll 100% be booking Laura’s loft again!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a great view of the Mississippi. It's roomy and the four of us who stayed were never in each others way for anything. We requested an early check in and Mike was quick to approve it. Mike also had some good suggestions for places to watch sports nearby. The property is walking distance from a number of good places to eat and Post Commons makes some great coffee. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely one of the best AirBNB experiences of my tours. Money well-spent. The location could not be more perfect right next to the main plaza of Carthage. The loft is huge and I mean HUGE. Sleeping in this place one feels like one is the mayor of the city. What a great place, what a great find.

ABSOLUTELY loved our stay! The apartment smelled so fresh upon entry, the cool air was so welcome after our long days of exploring Savannah, the bed and couch were comfortable, and we felt very safe (not that the area is bad or anything like that - quite the opposite, the entire area felt safe and welcoming) with the locked gate at the street level of the apartment. We were able to walk to great restaurants and fun stores nearby, and weren't more than 5-10 minutes from the river walk. Hope to return!

The loveliest loft all around! Where do I begin… we loved the Christian music station playing when we walked in. The welcome sign made it so much more personal! The homemade muffins were delicious (I was looking forward to these after the reviews) My husband delighted in the Bible and I in the psalms book (took a few pictures right where the book was bookmarked because it’s what I needed at the moment). We loved that the TV was on the wall and we could watch it from the bed or the sofa!!! All the personal touches throughout the loft made our stay all the more special. Seriously a perfect location for a getaway. We will be back!

The Urban Loft is such a hidden gem! From down on the street you would never know that once you enter the door and go upstairs there is a hidden retreat that meets every need. Such a fun place to stay and great location.

It's more spacious than it looks, in general it's very comfortable, and the food delivery arrives quite quickly, perfect for two people and has a lot of privacy inside the place

The place looks just like the photos and is very nice. A little strange that the bathroom is in the kitchen, I would not recommend it if the plan is to cook daily but if it is only to get to sleep it is excellent. The neighborhood is a bit murky and excessively noisy. The hosts are very attentive, friendly and the instructions for entering and leaving the place are very clear and arrive on time. Overall, a very good place.

It was a small but tidy accommodation. There was a problem with the towel supply, but they solved it right away.
