A 10-foot dinghy with small outboard to come & go from shore "ONLY", nowhere else. I also offer Personal Training, deep tissue work & Life Coach sessions. This building is one of the OLDEST BUILDINGS ON MIAMI BEACH. Built in the 60s. Please READ MY REVIEWS. DO NOT come here expecting to be staying in the RITZ CARLTON. For starters; this place is for the Hippie, relaxed, bohemian type. We fumigate after every stay so if you see a dead bug its because of that; I try my best but the building is old, please understand. THIS IS MY HOME AND I'M RENTING IT OUT. On a dead end street, so very peaceful. Kayak rental is available for $25. per day/per kayak. Pet fee $50/$75 per stay.

This ferrocement boat Later Gator was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.
